We stayed for a couple.of nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel room was a good size and very clean. The breakfasts were great and the cafe on the 28th floor did some really tasty cakes/salt bread

We are spending 2 nights at this hotel. Its beautiful, clean and great location. Rooms overlook the harbor. Breakfast was acceptable. View from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful and worth a visit

Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below expectations given its advertised star rating and price point. Quite simply, it is hugely overpriced for what it offers.
One of the most immediate frustrations was the lifts, which took an eternity to arrive. This became especially problematic during peak times—trying to get to breakfast, leaving the dining area, or even checking out turned into a drawn-out ordeal. Unfortunately, this set the tone for much of our stay.
The WiFi was unreliable to the point of being unusable. It repeatedly dropped out whenever we attempted to open or send emails, making it impossible to rely on for even basic communication.
The dinner buffet was another major letdown. It was extraordinarily expensive—around 60,000 won per person—for food that was lukewarm, limited in variety, and certainly not worth even a fraction of that price. Frankly, you would be far better off walking to a nearby McDonald’s, where the food is hot, plentiful, and you don’t feel taken advantage of.
The room itself was very small, and the bathroom setup was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. The shower and toilet are combined in a single wet room, meaning that after one person showers, the entire space—including the toilet—is soaking wet. The sink is oddly placed outside the bathroom area, resembling a kitchenette more than a proper wash space. To make matters worse, the toilet door is flimsy and partially see-through, offering little to no privacy—an extremely uncomfortable arrangement when sharing a room.
Noise insulation is also severely lacking. We were woken at 2am by a conversation in the next room—it genuinely felt as though the occupants were standing beside us. Despite contacting reception to address the issue, nothing changed. By 3am, after over an hour of disrupted sleep, we requested a room change. This was handled promptly, and the night manager kindly offered a late check-out as compensation. While appreciated, it did little to offset the inconvenience caused.
Breakfast was one of the few positives: the food was plentiful and hot, and the staff in the dining area were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, even this experience was marred by the excessive wait time just to enter the restaurant. The queue stretched down the corridor and around the corner—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Service at reception was inconsistent and, at times, frustrating. During check-out, we were told the total bill for our stay, including the first night’s meal. When my husband asked to review the charges, he was asked to wait. After 10 minutes, staff admitted they couldn’t find the bill. This raised serious concerns about how they had calculated the amount owed. We were then asked to wait an additional 10 minutes, which caused us to lose valuable time from our planned visit to Gamcheon Village.
Overall, this was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. The condition of the rooms, the poor layout, the subpar food quality, and the excessive time wasted navigating basic services all fall well below what one would expect from a hotel charging these rates. For comparison, budget options such as Premier Inn hotels in the UK offer far greater comfort, efficiency, and value for money.
The view was fantastic. The location good but for the reasons stated above, I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed from March 16th to 18th. The breakfast restaurant is on the third floor, and you need a meal ticket. The environment is very nice, and they have Korean fish cakes. There are many items to choose from. The staff are very friendly, and they even have Twinings tea bags. I stayed in room 2002. The bedding in the room was of very high quality, and I slept very well. The toiletries were also very good. It's worth staying here again.

This hotel is stylish, eye-catching and good in location. It is situated on Yeungdo Island. Just 10-minute walk (crossing a bridge) to reach underground station, Jagalchi Market (fish market) and Nampo District, the old market place of Busan. This area is a little bit low end when compared to Haeundae area. But it conserves the old Busan. All the traditional cultural points can be easily reached from this hotel. The view of the room is good. You can enjoy an even more panoramic view on the 28/F, the rooftop cafe and bar.

The hotel is nice and nicely decorated. I booked this hotel because it advertised having a restaurant and bar however, upon arrival we learned that the restaurant only serves a breakfast buffet every day which is expensive at ₩25,000 per person and dinner is only available on Friday and Saturday evenings. Therefore we were forced to find outside eating options as they don’t offer room service at all.

We went to the bar to have a drink and learned that there is a set menu to order from so you do not have the option to even order something as simple as a screwdriver. There really was not a “bartender” and the Barista from the cafe had to come over to make the drinks but she didn’t even know how to make a Tequila Sunrise which is one of the items on the set menu. They offer wine but you have to purchase the whole bottle without even being given the option of trying a glass of it first. And each bottle was between $40-$60 USD.

The refrigerator in our room was not cooling the entire time we were there and we called the front desk and they sent someone up to check it and he claimed it was working but it wasn’t. Nothing was cold ever and we were there for 5 days.

The remote for our tv was broken. They replaced the batteries but the power button never worked so we had to manually turn it off and on.

We did laundry once and the dryers do not work well at all. It took 6 hours to dry our clothes and we even tried all the dryers.

The WiFi is TERRIBLE! It takes forever to connect then once you’re connected, it takes at least 25 minutes for your device to register then it finally allows internet service. There are multiple access points and various SSID names, but they are all about the same quality. I expected more from a technologically advanced city and hotel.

Overall, the experience was decent and the hotel is centrally located. I feel they need to upgrade their dryers, offer the restaurant they advertise and hire a real bartender who knows how to make drinks.

Loved the night market stalls near the hotel.
It seems to be one of the less old hotels in the area, fairly close to Nampo subway station and Lotte Gwangbok.

Spacious room, comfy bed, good aircon system and great view. The shower area could be a bit bigger but no complains.

We stayed over the weekend and there was some night market with amazing food.

Check-in was at 3pm which is a bit inconvenient but we could drop our baggage at the reception earlier
