Hotel Skypark Jeju 1

I stayed at this hotel for a night to visit Baekrokdam on Hallasan Mountain. I was very satisfied. For a small fee, the hotel offers a ride to Seongpanak in the early morning and a pickup from there at 4 PM. They also offer airport rides at 6 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM. The staff were all friendly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to hike Hallasan Mountain.

The staff are very nice and the food is okay but the Aircon is a heater and it’s stuck at 30 degrees celsius, which is horrible for sleeping

Majority of the staffs at lobby didnt have good attitude and do not know basic English for communication. Worst thing is I paid cash at the hotel upon arrival but they charge my credit card when i checkout. Will not choose this hotel ever again.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Skypark in Jeju for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The combination of excellent service, beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and convenient location make it a top choice for travelers visiting the island. Convenient location near the Jeju airport and along one of the main shopping streets. We were given a Princess Room on the top floor which was quite cool. It even has a little chandelier to complete the look. Room is relatively spacious though bathroom is abit tight. Front office staff aren't too conversant in English which made communication abit harder. Overall a pleasant overnight stay to catch an early flight the next morning.
