Great location its right next to plenty of clubs and restaurants and attractions, the room was TERRIBLE though, only reason I chose it was the jacuzzi and the jets didn't work, then when I FINALLY managed to explain to the manager she said none of them do??? Plus lukewarm water, NOT worth $110 and being out of my way
The room that we rented was pretty spacious and I didn’t mind this day. It was close to Starbucks so it was good for our first day to have some sort of snack. They provided a refrigerator and some water. they do not have a laundromat the laundromat that is close by requires Korean number which we did not have so we ended up having to hand wash our clothes in the bathroom so that was quite a way to start off our trip. The café was not open during our stay since it was during the chuseok holiday. So I pretty much felt like a self-serve hotel at that time. I’m not sure if that’s how it usually is and during the entire day there is only one person at the desk. We were there for about 2 to 3 nights the other times, any help was done through some sort of computer system. overall, I would come back here just for one night, though not for the multiple nights that we stayed, but that would be for a last resort
This is the best hotel in this area. Large room, cleanliness is good. I'd like to recommend this hotel 100000%
Best hotel in the area for the price. Very friendly staff too. Room is very spacious and have huge hot tub for you to relax after whole day of either work or travel. I will definitely use this place again for my next visit. Bottled water is on the house if you ask the front desk or have housekeeping refill them for you.
The only good thing about this place is the location and price, but the cons way out weigh the pros.
1. They keep the room at 25c/77f. They told us all rooms were like that. We had it set to 18c and it would not get lower than 23c, but it would go back up to 25c. They told my husband to open the windows.... which barely open.
2. The jacuzzi tub and the TV next to it do not work.
3. The hot water barely worked, ot took an hour to fill the bathtub and that was with two adults sitting in it.
4. The waterfall shower head would not work unless we held it open. We mostly have to use the little shower head (we take turns holding it for each other for our hair).
5. Theres mold on some of the grout.
6. No bidet, all the other hotels we've stayed at have them.
7. They do not provide a rag/bath towel for you to use. They sell crappy ones in the vending machine in the lobby.
I suggest you pay more for somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if possible. The hotel does not provide full refunds. When you get the room they state this, which we didnt think much of it.... who would've thought the room wouldn't have AC/hot water.
Worst hotel ever!!! Got to the hotel last night, no hot water, the main shower head doesn't work (we used the small one), the jacuzzi doesn't work and the TV.
When we approached the front desk, we asked for another room and they said all rooms are like that!! And it's not updated on booking.com.
The manager told us they can get us one night refund if we get out now (it's like 10pm) and go to another hotel.
