The staff are not helpful at all! The answer to everything is no, sorry!
The room service includes you going down to the lobby and getting whatever you asked for! The room doesn’t have iron and you should borrow it! Also you should buy the toothpaste and tooth brush! The only good point is that they provide good cleaning service!

Great location with excellent transport connections – bus stop right in front and subway Line 9 just a few minutes away. Bongeunsa Temple and COEX Mall are within a 2-minute walk.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff – very kind and thorough.
Rooms are not large but well equipped.
I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel after our experience. My friend left an expensive watch in a public area, and although the hotel did a basic check, they were largely uncooperative and passive thorough investigation or reviewing security footage properly. It's clear that guest property and peace of mind are not high priorities for this hotel.

Very small rooms. Room service menu was not helpful for me. Worst part no hot water kettle. There was a small coffee machine that only warms the water. No space to keep luggage in the room. Served cold boiled eggs in breakfast. By cold i mean straight out of refrigerator. Location is good, right across coex mall.

This is a very nice hotel, rooms are clean, it is located in a quite area but you will be woken up by the bhudist temple around 4 am when they bang what I think is a "gong". It is super close to the train station and it has a meeting room for those who need to work.

Zero complaints about staying here. I had an event at the COEX and the location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and noting I arrived after midnight and left at 0430am a few days later I dealt with some upbeat people.
Room was small but didn't need to be any bigger. Had to request a kettle for the room, but no issues there and it was delivered by a helpful robot.
I was on a lower room (level 6) so no real view but it was fine. I was expecting it to be noisey but I slept very well.
