Hotel Forêt Premier Nampo

The hotel is conveniently located close to BIFF Market, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. However, because of its central location, guests should expect some noise from the surrounding streets.

The room itself was clean, but we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. It would automatically switch off every hour, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. I tried restarting it myself without success. I reported the issue to reception on our first night and was told that someone would check it, but after staying for four nights, nothing was done to resolve the problem.

Another disappointing experience was with the reception staff. On our first night, I politely requested two extra pillows, as the room only provided one pillow per person and my partner and I were having difficulty sleeping comfortably. The receptionist told me there were no spare pillows available in the entire hotel, which was surprising. I accepted the answer and did not argue. The following morning, I asked one of the housekeeping staff members if extra pillows were available, and she kindly brought two additional pillows to our room almost immediately.

While I appreciate the helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, I believe management should provide better customer service training for the reception team and ensure guest concerns are handled more professionally and proactively.

Excellent located just next to the PIFF square. Rooms are quite spacious but a bit dark. Breakfast is only served in Korean style, and service hours are between 8:00 to 9:30am.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, street food, and nearby markets, which made getting around very convenient. The room itself is spacious, but it felt quite dim. For a double-bed room, it would be better to have a side table or an additional chair for convenience. The toilet flush pressure was extremely weak, so we avoided throwing toilet paper into the bowl and had to borrow a plunger to use it. There is a coffee machine available at the reception level on the 4th floor. Overall, it was still not a bad stay.

This hotel's location is truly a highlight. It is perfectly situated for travelers, positioned right between Nampo Station and Jagalchi Station, with easy escalator access via Exit 7.

The convenience extends to transportation, as bus stops are located directly in front of the entrance. Furthermore, the area is a culinary delight, offering an abundance of excellent food choices both directly adjacent to and behind the hotel.

The accommodations are clean and comfortably spacious. Guests will find a handy water dispenser available at the mini-pantry/restaurant area on the receptionist lobby level (level 4).

My stay was made exceptional by Jiyu, a receptionist trainee. She truly exemplifies the spirit of hospitality. She patiently did her best to converse with me in English while providing directions. What truly impressed me was her dedication: she proactively sought me out again to give even more detailed, crucial tips to make absolutely sure I reached the correct bus stop.

Stayed for 3 nights in May - checked in at 10PM but was still greeted by friendly staff. Got the Deluxe Double City View room at Level 10 and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Room was cleaned daily with bottled water refilled. Location was great - convenience store, Starbucks and bus stop right below - popular BIFF square/food street just a short walk away and Busan Station just 10-15min by taxi. Price was also reasonable at around S$153 per night for two pax. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for our trip. the room is bigger than what we expected. Good solid bed. Shower room is a little small but not too small. There’re massage chair to use after day long exploration.
