1. Unprofessional staff and poor customer service.
2. Guests were not informed in advance that some facilities included in the room rate were unavailable.
3. The room was not cleaned properly and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
4. The elevators were small, slow, and often inconvenient to use.
5. There was a strong cigarette smell and a musty odor throughout the lobby and even inside the room.
6. The location is the only reason I would consider staying here.

Disgusting, bed filthy, sheets filthy, and they ended breakfast service 20 mins earlier than advertised. Bathroom stinks because it’s so humid. Toilet gets clogged fast. Sink fills up fast like it’s clogged and takes a minute to go down. Barely any space to do anything. No screen on the windows so bugs come in if you open it. It was literally 94 degrees when you first walk in and you have to wait for the air to turn on which takes a while before the room cools down. They only give you one key so you can’t leave one in the key slot to keep the air on while you’re out. Wont be coming back. Definitely felt disgusting after sleeping on that bed, went home and IMMEDIATELY got in the shower.

Very bad experience. Had a problem and hotel refused to accommodate us. The ice machine never has ice in it. The fridge in the room was completely iced up, yet it did not cool what was put in. One towel given for two people for a two night stay, had to go and fetch more ourselves. Breakfast does not look like the photos provided. Front desk never answers when called from the room. Only local TV channels. No Netflix or YouTube. Rubbish was not collected from the room. What a bad experience for our last hotel in Korea. The only positive is the location - near subway station with many restaurants around.

Though I was able to book on an American points website, beware, rooms are very small, beds even LESS comfortable, and the staff so so. To top it off could use the gym (though doors are unlocked and no signs saysing its closed) because of "corona" though the employees were using freely, 1 star is the max I would ever give here, checking out early
