The receptionist was really rude. She gave me a room on a lower floor right next to the elevator. When I asked if there was any chance to switch rooms, she just kept saying she couldn’t accommodate the request.

What made it even worse was that I paid a pretty high price for this hotel, and still asked for a deposit at check-in. She insisted there were no other rooms available, but it looked like there were still rooms open.

I asked for a refund because I honestly didn’t want to stay there anymore, but she said no.It was a really crappy experience. The service was disappointing and definitely not what I expected for the price. Would not recommend and still confusing about its rating. It’s my first time and also the last time to choose this hotel for sure .

Although check-in was delayed and the room was unsatisfactory upon arrival, the situation was completely turned around thanks to W. Lee at the front desk. When we arrived at approximately 1:30 a.m. on May 30, W. Lee provided outstanding customer service and resolved all of our concerns immediately and without hesitation.

She truly went above and beyond, and her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay much more enjoyable. She deserves recognition for her exceptional service and dedication to guests.

The hotel also offered a great buffet-style breakfast with plenty of options.

Thank you again, W. Lee, for making our stay a positive experience. Because of your excellent service, I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is located only 100 metres from Haeundae Beach, and it's a 10 minute walk to Haeundae Market and Plaza. We had a room on the 21st floor with a balcony and view of the beach and ocean. Our room was modern and large with a queen bed and a twin bed, both very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower. There is a mini-fridge, A/C, and even a clothes de-wrinkling device. The hotel provides robes but no slippers. A very nice buffet breakfast was included with our room. The hotel is a little difficult to find, as there are no large signs on the building indicating the hotel name. We only found it when we noticed a small inobtrusive parking sign. And there is no true lobby; the check-in desk is hidden in a dark corner behind a staircase. The only minor complaint we had is that we stayed 4 nights and the bed linens were never changed. The hotel is a great value, modern, quiet, great location near all amenities and attractions, and breakfast included. I highly recommend it.

You really can’t beat this hotel for the price. I paid around ₩92,000 per night for a deluxe double non-smoking room with a beach view, and at that price point, it was easily one of the best accommodations we had in South Korea.
The room was spotless and quite spacious. Amenities were well provided, with plenty of storage space. The shower had great water pressure and reliable hot water. Proper towels and bathrobes were included and refreshed daily.
They even had an LG TROMM Styler, which was incredibly helpful for freshening up our clothes, especially after Korean BBQ or just to keep things feeling clean without doing laundry. It made a big difference since it was early spring and still chilly, so we were wearing jackets and coats, and this helped them look and feel much better.
The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach, so there’s plenty to do and eat nearby. It’s within walking distance of Mipo Station and Jayeondo Salt Bread, and there are lots of convenience stores around, as well as even a 24/7 restaurant. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient.
The view was amazing, and both the reception staff and housekeeping were very polite and friendly. Honestly, my expectations were low after reading some of the reviews, but we were blown away by our experience. I suppose some of the complaints might come from people used to staying at higher-end chains, but for us, it was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Really hard to locate, there is no entrance like a normal Hotel, just find any entrance to the building that Naver says its in and wall through the corridors and you will see a random desk. When we went it was behind 1 Euro coffee shop.

The view we had was AMAZING! And the location was perfect, so close to the beach (1 minute walk), also close to maim strip of shops/food stalls and only 10 minutes to Exit 6 of Haeundae Station where a lot of tours pick up from.

Room was clean enough, shower water had good pressure and came with Shampoo/Conditioner (Rinse) and Body Wash. Fresh towels and water each day.
