Great location near Nampo station. Near market with cheap seafood. Downstair got 7-11. Alot of convenient stall, cafe, street food within walking distance.
Room is clean. Toilet small. Aircon abit noisy. But all acceptable for the cheap room rates.
Hotel although located near BIFF but think twice before u booked. Room is cramp for 2 pax. Bedsheets are worn n torn. Towels hv stains. Mosquitoes found in room even though I killed them. They came back everyday. Toilet is cramp as no separation between wet and dry. And you can only hv 1 time of room service for 4 nights stay.
Clean . Space is enough. No housekeeping - throw used towel at common basket. They will replace new ones.location convenient
This hotel literally has the worst elevator system. Had to wait 15-20 mins just to get from level 5 to level 1. The toilet is bad as well. It can get clogged very easily. For those customers out there, i suggest you look for a better one
Overall, I can summarize what I've said in previous comments.
Location: Good location, on the main road, there's a subway stop on the other side that takes you to Yeongdo-gu, Busan St., and Gamcheon-dong. There are plenty of chain cafes, convenient stores, and street food. The only downside is the smell of fish and sewage near the hotel, understandably so, as there are fish stalls on one side where they cut and wash the fish, and sewage, as I understand it, is a common problem in Korea's large cities.
Staff: OK, check-in was quick, they gave me one key, and after checkout, they left my bags in storage for a few hours without any problems. Cleaning wasn't thorough.
Amenities and room: Yes, the buildings and rooms are not new, there are some scuffs, things are falling off, the linens and towels are not the freshest, with frayed spots and holes. There is also no daily cleaning service, where the receptionist does not ask you to name the date(s) on which the room will be cleaned.
Upon checking in, a special room for the disabled was offered as the last available for the type I booked. So I had to pay 10 dollars additionally to upgrade for just a normal type. Still many things were missing, like videt, room safe, individual lighting control, etc. Sound proofing is almost non-existent. Lastly, they need to work harder to improve cleanliness. I could smell and see dust flying around everywhere I touch. I strongly recommend paying more for decent options nearby.
