I cannot understand how this hotel has such high ratings. I'm a solo female traveller and here are my concerns:

* The hallways are dark even during daytime and there are quite a few blind spots when walking down those hallways.
* The elevator is shared with several other hotels and anyone can get into the building from the ground level.
* Each floor has rooms for different hotels so it's not even dedicated to Felix guests.
* I was almost crushed by the elevator several times. The doors will keep closing even if you hold them which makes it so hard to move in and out with luggage.
* There was a small blood stain on the duvet and several tears. The room is very old and worn out.

I stayed 2 nights here, the room at 14th level , with a nice view from the balcony, I love this . It is just right next to exit 7 of Haeundae station . Very convenient with many shops around and 1 small restaurant open 24hr downstairs .

Our Agency had booked this hotel for our clients, provider confirmation no. 908580674 and supplier confirmation no. TX-25799. Check-in for the client was on 1st Nov and check out - 3rd November. We had booked Premier Family Suite as per the clients requirement and the rooms were nowhere close to the pictures shown on their site and even the suppliers site. The rooms were too small to even fit the 3 of them, they had checked out the very next today without having the breakfast too and moved into another hotel. There was nobody to attend the call in the reception, they had tried reaching the reception multiple times and even tried reaching the room service. Nobody was available to respond to their calls. I brought this concern into the notice of my supplier and the supplier tried calling the hotel for 4days straight post this and could reach the hotel on the 5th Day. Highly shocking of the services provided by the hotel, we have already lost a valuable client due to their pathetic service or I should say no service at all. And the supplier says the hotel is not willing to refund the full amount too.

Stayed a night while on a tour in South Korea. Will definitely be back!
Amazing apartment and very confortable, great ocean and mountain views. Location is just perfect as well. Close to the beach and to other amenities and attractions.
Great for solo, business, with family or with friends.
Only down side there are not many lifts so might have to wait a bit for the lift in busy morning times.

As a business hotel, it's fine especially if you want to stay in Haeundae area but need to go to Centum City. The best thing is that the subway station is underneath the building and there is also a movie theater and convenience store. The rooms are huge with kitchen and washing machine. Quiet, no frills, but clean and everything works. For a business trip, it's great especially for the price.
