Crown Harbor Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks, during a business trip. WiFi in the room never worked, reported twice. Service was not accommodating for long-term guests, many basic needs required extra requests and additional charges. This needs improvement.

Main street–side rooms suffer from noise occasionally. Hotel's fire alarm goes off on 2 different evenings, like an annoying distant beep, not safe.

I stayed at Crown Harbor Hotel Busan for 5 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping, and complimentary water bottles and tea refilled every day. The fitness room was also a nice bonus.

If I had to be critical, I would have preferred a smart TV in the room, and the layout of the bathroom could be improved. There was enough walking space, but I would have preferred less walking space for the separation of the toilet, shower, and sink. Also, the bathroom wasn’t clearly shown on Booking.com, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance.

Overall, it’s a great hotel for the price, definitely good value for money. I’d recommend it to others visiting Busan.

Breakfast until 9:30? Don’t be fooled. At 9:15 I was refused entry with nothing but a head shake. No words, no reason — just pure attitude. If you enjoy being treated like a joke, this is the perfect place.

Perfect location with excellent bus links, spacious rooms and courteous staff. Great value for money. Had everything I needed without the frills

A few pointers will help. The hot water controller is above the table between the beds. At first I thought it was the AC thermostat. That controller has to be on to get hot water. Room was good size. Bathroom was convenient. The AC has to be turned on with the AC remote control. Beds were decent.
Breakfast was decent.
