Busan Business Hotel

Basic no frills hotel.

Big shower stall and bidet

Good location (walk through lotte mall if raining)

Con
Very bare room (good for split business travelers)

Rooms are a little dated and food at buffet breakfast was disappointing, Staff are great and central location, communal areas amazing.

We’ve had a great stay here and all the facilities needed! Staff was very helpful and the location is great. The rooms were good but not a 5 star as they were a bit dated.

The hotel is nicely decorated.
The corner deluxe room is spacious BUT every level has only one unit so if u r expecting a possibility of having a side by side unit especially for family, it's not possible. Email was sent on 29jun but was never replied, likely that they cant be bother to reply. This was told to me only upon check-in. What a bummer.

Check-in on 12 Nov, Wed.
My sons ended up on level 7 room 26 while wife and I on level 8 room 26. Not perfect but manageable.
What really irked me was there is a nice standing hanging stand which is very useful in my 826room but not in the 726room.

Told front desk next morning,13 Nov, Thurs that 726 need the same standing hanging stand too. When we came back, still not in room 726.

Told them again on 14 Nov,Fri morning but again no. I have to call them to come to my room to see then they acted on it with a mobile rack and hangars.

The male staff on 13morning, the lady staff on 14morning apparently didn't perform their tasks.

It's only the lady staff on 14evening that really did her job! And her English is passable while all the others have a long way to improve on their English.

This is a "BUSINESS" Hotel yet I don't understand why English is never been taken seriously....

Nevertheless the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

hotel wouldn’t let us use aircon even though it’s 25 degrees inside (with window open). even with window open, it’s still hot. Noise from the street outside doesn’t help. it’s baffling that a hotel wouldn’t let guest decide to use aircon or not, given that a comfortable sleep should be a bare minimum for any hotel. for me personally, I wasn’t able to get any good night sleep, hence the 2 star.

other than that, bed, shower and pillows are okay, my room has enough space as well

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff speak English very well, so foreign guests won’t have any communication issues. Breakfast coupons can be purchased in advance — the selection is limited but delicious. The hotel also offers luggage storage. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
