I had a very uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff.

I asked for an additional key card since only one was provided. Unfortunately, there was a clear misunderstanding on their side, and I was given the wrong card.

What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. Instead of listening to my explanation, one staff member repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that “he remembers” what I said.

Well, I remember what I said too.

If the staff is so confident in their memory, perhaps verifying with CCTV before confronting a guest would be a more professional approach.

Mistakes can happen — but attitude matters. Dismissing a guest and refusing to listen is simply not acceptable in hospitality.

Honestly, it is quite embarrassing for the hotel to have staff who handle situations in this manner.

A nice hotel in a quiet street. Close to everything.

But probably the hardest bed in Busan. I asked for a extra duveet, but the man was really not interested in helping. "We'll see" when I asked for a extra duveet to soften the bed, and the same when I asked about help for the toilet. It didnt clean my bum.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast was very easy, but included.

The people at the front desk didn’t speak English and had to use Google Translate to tell us that the room is not ready (although we arrived at 6pm). 😠
Despite the fact it said “Free breakfast”, they don’t serve breakfast on the weekends nor holidays. So make sure to check it’s not some Korean holiday. We stayed for 4 days and there was no breakfast 😠
Other than that, the room was big, but it smelled really really bad. 😵‍💫

Reception:
When we asked the front desk, Liam to call our Uber and confirm details for the car reservations due to language barriers, the staff is visibly annoyed. Instead of assisting, he slammed down the calculator in frustration, clearly impatient with our questions. This felt more like dealing with an inconvenience than receiving assistance. Such abrupt behavior left us feeling unwelcome and hesitant to ask for anything else. We still gave 2 out of 5 stars for the staff managing our check‑in and check‑out only; otherwise, the service fell short.

Housekeeping:
1. Amenity shortages in our family room (designed for up to four people) included only one large towel, one small towel, and a single water bottle. Not even the basic comfort of spare toilet paper was provided.
2. A cloth haphazardly left on a chair, clearly missed during cleaning.

• Spacious room and bathroom — generous layout gives plenty of space to relax and move around comfortably.
• Great location — conveniently situated near local attractions, dining, and transport links.
Cons
• Loud toilet flushing — the flush mechanism is surprisingly loud, disrupting the peacefulness of the room.
• No dressing table — there's no separate vanity or makeup area, so you'll have to use the bathroom sink and mirror for prepping.

Our experience at the hotel was amazing! the room is very spacious with a big shower room. It needs a bit of walk from station but there is a nice area to eat and drink nearby. Also the team that helped us with ordering Chicken was so kind - because of the heavy rain, it was difficult to order but the staff helped us with different apps and finally got us delicious chicken 😁 was our best meal in Busan!
