Bolton Hotel Jeju

The staff in parking lot were extremely rude; they yelled at us, because he knows we are foreigners. And he laughed to Korean with his attitude. They should mark in website, If they doesn't welcome foreigners.

I stayed at Bolton Hotel in Jeju for 4 days and 3 nights to take some time away from work, and it was a great choice! From the start, the front desk service was excellent—check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay.

The location is a big plus. The hotel is right next to a duty-free shop, Olive Young, convenience stores, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient without needing to travel far.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, Bolton Hotel provided a comfortable and stress-free stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, especially for a relaxing break!

Worst experience ever - had two card keys and left one in the room. When checked out they asked me to pay for the key left in the room . I told them it’s right in the room but I need to go catch the plane and they insisted on me going back to fetch it. When I got it back they didn’t say a single word . When charging credit card they didn’t explained what it was for or the Amount, didn’t ask which currency to charge it jn since it was an international credit card. A tip: hotel doesn’t provide amenities eg no dental kit, so you will need to bring your own toothpaste or buy one across the street. It’s okay but for a hotel that brags about its hospitality, modern and good accommodation, I’d imagine they do

I especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and understanding when my daughter fell ill shortly after our arrival. The early check-in was a huge relief, and your assistance in helping me find medicine for her was incredibly helpful. It made a challenging situation much easier to manage.
While we were aware of the construction noise due to ongoing renovations, it was only temporary and didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing us with a lovely place to relax.
