Best Western Haeundae Hotel

Wow, the location is great near with the sea, after station just walk straight it takes 10 minutes, the view from hotel is nice, room is super comfortable

This is a great place to stay if you want to get the most out of a stay in Haeundae. Being right near the water's edge and across the street from the markets, it's a great home base for all exploration around this area. Also, with the intercity bus terminal nearby, it was easy to move onto other locations within the country as well. My room had a balcony view of the beach (between other buildings) but it was great to see the beach at different hours of the day without even leaving.

This is my second time staying here, and it is remarkably convenient. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious, and they provided an iron. Its location is truly excellent, offering immediate access to Haeundae Beach, a convenience store, a wide variety of coffee shops, halal restaurants, the Haeundae Street Food Market, and Olive Young. A direct walking path to the Blueline Train Mipo Station is also available.

1. AC stopped working and wasn’t repaired until next day. Slept in a hot room. Their solution, open the window.

2. No locker available in the room, no gym, no laundry no other amenities. All you get is just the room. This hotel is only suitable if you are solo or a couple. Will not suggest for family.

3. Keep your belonging locked in your luggage or take it out. They might take away your basic items like tooth brushes, slippers etc. I lost my newly bought slippers and when I complained they said housekeeping staff didn’t take it. Like who else entered in the room and took my slippers and used tooth brushes. Have some guilt that your customer lost their personal items and you are to no help. They are not going to help you if you lose your items. They are simply going to act dumb, delay it and deny it at the end. So if you want to still stay here please do at your own risk.

Very central and well located hotel, by the beach, close to the food market and clean. The only negative for me was the fact that they clean the rooms every two days which is ok if I were not traveling with two teenage who do not organize after themselves.
