I want to give a special shout-out to 정다은at the front desk. When I ran into an unexpected problem, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their empathetic attitude and quick thinking were truly impressive. It’s the staff that makes this hotel stand out.

Room was good with spring water directly into the room. Those we prefer quiet time can book the room with bathtub as the sauna can be crowded with people over the weekend.

Furniture is outdated but who cares right? Who is sleeping in the room throughout the day. Housekeeping team was amazing and ensure you have sufficient towels and water daily.

Staff at the check-in was friendly especially the lady who injured her ankle. She still maintained her professionalism despite her injury. She deserved to be commented and complimented.

Location was right smack in the centre of haeundae. Less than 5 minutes walk to Haeundae market and the beach.

My family and enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely coming back

It was actually really good!
Room is spacious and clean.
But it seems a bit too simple 😅 and lack of furnitures.
I think it is still better than too messy.
But still it was a bit sad atmosphere in the room.

Bed and bedding were comfortable and if you asked to the concierge they will offer you a bathrobe as well!
They offer 2 bottles of mineral water everyday which is thoughtful.

It was real good advantage of using Sauna in the hotel.
The water is so so so soft and made my skin very smooth too.
It seems it was a real sauna spot for neighborhood I met so many kind funny and grumpy grandmas in the sauna. It was quite good experience.

Location was perfect in Haeundae.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Haeundae for short stay like less than 5 night for budget price.

Location is ok, close to bus stop. About 1 block to Haeundea beach. Hotel included hot tub Korean bath house. Room size is big and bathroom is goid. I will give a 4 stars if the hotel improve the followings. Hallway smell, only one Wash and dry on 2nd floor. The surrounding of the wash and dry is dirty , so I decided not to wash my laundry there. The bath house needs an update.

Good price and comfortable room. Furniture is bit old but they have big shower room with tub. Water quality was very good...didn't even have to use shampoo or body wash.
Their hot spring sauna was bit old but the quality of the water was good too. Would come back again. Good location too.
