A few minutes' walk from Hongdae Subway Station.

Although it's in a somewhat hard-to-find location, I was able to arrive fairly smoothly by following the photos sent by the guesthouse when I made my reservation.

I entered through the entrance on the left side of the building, went up the stairs, entered through the door on the right, and took the elevator to the 4th floor where the guesthouse is located.

The front desk was unmanned.

I was a little confused because it was my first time using a system where a PIN code was sent via email for check-in.

The guest rooms were more spacious and comfortable compared to other guesthouses in the area. The shared kitchen space was stylish and easy to use.

Like the guesthouse design. Very well furnished. Room layout is good, square room enough space to throw my 2 big luggage bags and stuff. Place looks new, toilet doesn't smell, room even have nice night lamp and desk.Kitchen is really classy. Got Expresso coffee machine too. Well equipped with utensils for a good meal just like home.

It's an 8-10 minute walk from Exit 2 of Hongdae Station. The place is clean and tidy, and the landlord is nice and speaks Mandarin! The only problem is the air conditioner's installation location; one side is very cold while the other isn't very cool 😆 You have to run it for a long time to get it to work.

The location is great; it's very close to either Exit 1 or 2 of Hongdae Station.

This was my second visit. While there are many guesthouses, many with modern facilities and a reputation, I resisted the temptation and booked this one again. The cleanliness, friendliness, and hospitality, coupled with the proximity to Hongik University Station, were a perfect counterpoint.
