Superb location. Highly recommended !!
Facilities and rooms may not be new, but fully equipped ( Hair Dryers, Washing Machine, Detergents, Kitchenwares, Towels, Microwave, Toilet Papers and Cleaning Equipments ) and pretty spacious with luggage room service which are very convenient for travellers. There's a bus stop right in front of the building and metro is just steps away. Looking down from my room is Hongdae Square.

房间暖气明显不足，冷气机声音大，是大声到非常夸张，地板非常冷，无地暖，还好床上有加热垫，但也一张床的加热垫无作用，入住第二天晚上10点洗澡时间突然整栋停电，感受不好，位置很好离地铁​​近，但设备极差，入住期间房间无饮用水，不会再入住，照片拍的太美，入住有差异

离弘大入口站2号出口不到100公尺，前面有非常多公车站，交通便利。房间不算大，有洗衣机并附洗衣精，有厨具碗筷可烹煮。

Good location! I booked room with air condition. The first day was ok but my friends and I had to change room to another floor. I dont know why. There was no inform before coming. When we arrived new room, there was no air-con. The owner just provided us a fan!! so we called him to solve it. At first, he didnt want to come because of the transportation cost but we forced him to come. It has been solved for us.

Without this issue, It was ok for us.

位在弘大入口站2號出口直走2分鐘就到，超方便，房內有廚房（含所有設備皆可使用），洗衣機，適合長短期居住，晚上或早上周邊都超好逛
PS:不附帶早餐

Bad place to stay. Logistics is good, nearby the subway station however rooms are bad
1) Air-conditioning are not working and rooms are hot
2) Bathrooms are not well equipped - No towels
3) Bathrooms shower head spoiled and not repaired
4) Bed are spoiled, squeaking sounds when u sleep on them

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Kim, a staff of SH Seoul (he can communicate in Korean, English and Chinese), for his utmost kind assistance and advice when I was staying there last few days. I was pretty sick and worried how am I supposed to leave for a flight. Mr Kim gave me advice on clinic/drug store and suggested the easiest way for my ride to the airport. I am so grateful. More than words can say. Thanks Mr Kim! Thanks SH Seoul for having such a wonderful staff for us. Hospitality is what lack of amongst us nowadays. I will choose SH Seoul for my next trip there.
