淋浴间的水从房间地板漏出来。前台几乎没人。房间也没有打扫。

没有浴巾，但前台有很多面巾。

In over 20 years of traveling across many countries using platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, and Trip.com, this is the first accommodation where I requested a refund.
If location is the only thing that matters to you, it might be usable, but I would not recommend it unless you are comfortable staying in a place with a moldy smell and yellowed towels.

柜台人员会讲中文，服务亲切蛮不错的，入住房间环境真的蛮不好的，厕所莲蓬头转接头漏水，搞得地上永远都湿湿的、吹风机吹出来竟然是冷风（傻眼）、房间空间狭小、老旧，睡觉时，总感觉皮肤痒痒、隔音效果很差，楼上、隔壁半夜发出声响都很清楚⋯

A localização é imbatível, muito próximo da feira de rua de myeongdong, tem tudo pelas proximidade, metrô, ônibus, lojas de diversos seguimentos.
O quarto de solteiro é pequeno (normal em seul), parece ter tido uma reforma recente, e mesmo o acabamento nao sendo 100% é bem agradavel, referente a limpeza não é excelente, tinha mofo no banheiro e poeira em algumas partes do quarto, mas nada que imcomodasse, as toalhas sao pequenas demais, mas levei as minhas por ja saber o padrão coreano de toalhas, o secador é pessimo, muito fraco, mesmo com o cabelo curto demorava a secar, as paredes são extremamente finas, o despertador da pessoa do quarto ao lado tocava e parecia que estava dentro do meu quarto, então se der sorte de pegar vizinhos que nao fazem muito barulho sera tranquilo.
Uma coisa que me incomodou foi a questao de ter que tirar os calçados para entrar no corredor, dentro do quarto eu entendo, mas no corredor? Fica aquele monte de calçado amontoado, alguem chegou com um chulé horrível e espalhou por todo o corredor por 2 dias.
Referente aos funcionários isso sim deixou a desejar, não dão sequer um bom dia, tanto a moça da recepção quanto as funcionárias da limpeza, enfim, não é perfeito em tudo, mas vale o custo benefício, com certeza, recomendo pra quem nao é muito chato com limpeza, conforto ou que goste de um tratamento educado por parte dos funcionarios, é simples mas funcional, eu voltaria a me hospedar

Great location, 2–3 minutes away from Myeongdong Station, bus stops, convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and more. The rooms are neat and cozy. Good bargain. The staff are very helpful. Thanks for providing such good accommodation.

We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room is clean, comfortable, we could sleep well. The location is superb we highly recommended this hotel. They also allowed us to store our luggage for two days for free during our visit to Jeonju. We will definitely stay at this hotel again its worth the price. Thank you

The rooms are very old and tired looking. The first room I was given I do not think it was prepared properly as my bedding had hairs and stains but the staff was kind enough to give me another room. However I do think the rooms need renovating as the flooring, walls and everything had cracks and signs of water leaks during rainy seasons. It just happens Myeongdong is a very popular area with plenty of choices of places to stay. It just doesn't feel pleasant for me to stay compare to other places nearby.

Rooms are great.
However, they don't offer room make up or change bed linen daily. Staff I asked isn't as helpful as I try to communicate with her.

Only amenities: shampoo, body wash and towel.

Situated near Exit 2 of Myeongdong Station. Just a few steps away to the shopping street.

The guest house is nearby Starbucks, Daiso Hotel Prince and North Face

臭，一进楼房门口就闻到一股排污道的臭味，房间里更是一种长久不通风让人不舒服的味道，从来没住过这么臭的地方。
设施陈旧肮脏，角落和边上都是灰尘和有发霉的迹象，长久失修和没认真打扫才会造成这环境。
房间里单薄的窗口透凤，床头是紧贴的，外面零下几度的寒风会吹到你头上。
没有正常的浴巾，只有破烂的小毛巾，需要替换毛巾要自己拿着用过的到前台找工作人员换。房间如需要打扫要前一天到前台预约。
我一直相信你得到和你付出是相对的，但这民宿的环境实在是意料外的糟糕。
工作人员没有一点笑容，不亲切，他们真心不改从事服务行业，这种没笑容给人冷漠的感觉的态度完全和行业扯不上一叮点关系，我们在这糟糕的地方住了十一晚，完全没感觉到一点点什么叫服务的态度，如果不是预先已全额付款，我们肯定第一天就离开。
