Elephant Guest House

我提前到达，老板亲自带我去了行李寄存处。散步回来后，我在桌边坐下，老板再次确认了我的姓名，并立即递给我房卡。这是我第一次在这种类型的住宿体验到桌边办理入住，感觉非常棒。

我预订了一间六人房，房间非常干净，空间也很宽敞。主床垫上还加了一张高回弹床垫，枕套和被套上都印有酒店的标志；卧室的床上用品看起来尤其高档。

我看到老板一丝不苟地吸尘、整齐地叠放毛巾，甚至还用喷雾剂清洁沙发，可见他们在清洁方面一丝不苟。他们也非常认真地分类、处理和更换垃圾袋。

唯一的小问题是大楼入口处有一些小虫子，有时会飞进房间。虽然对健康无害，但我想这大概是无法避免的。

不过总的来说，这是一次非常令人满意的住宿体验，我强烈推荐。老板的精力和工作态度让我印象深刻；我很高兴选择了这里。

This place was horrible! It's only good to meet other travelers of all ages and nationalities. However the hostel staff consist mostly of young volunteer who are not serious about their responsibilities.
One volunteer name Juygee left her clothes in one of the three bathrooms overnight into the early morning, preventing paying guest access to the shower. When I mentioned it to Juygee that the showers are for guest she became extremely angry that one of the guest I befriended question why was she angry when she was being told the truth. The hostel isn't worth its cost. The mattresses are awful, don't expect good rest.

All in all a decent hostel, however there were some issues that I wish could have been better. The rooms are clean, have working AC, and the location is good. Free breakfast is always a big plus and they provide large enough lockers.
The two towels that were provided both had strange, orange stains on them that made me doubt they were properly washed. Fortunately, I brought my own towel, so it wasn't a big hassle. There's also some mold in the bathroom, but not enough for it to be a big issue. There were no clothing hangers or hangers of any kind provided in the room, which would have been helpful to hang up towels.
Would have been more stars with clean towels.

Accidentally deleted my review on booking.com so I will post here. I had a wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff, great location (except maybe if I visit busan again I might stay near a beach), good facilities, plenty of mirrors and vanities haha. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. I accidentally forgot to return my key card when I left, they were very understanding and allowed me to mail it to them from seoul. There is no lift up to the 3rd floor, but i knew that beforehand. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms are clean, the breakfast (toast, cereals and eggs) is included and the location is perfect. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help.
I will stay here again when visiting Busan next time.

Super fun and safe place to stay. It’s a hostel/guest house without the ‘hard partying’ element but with a good amount of social interaction for all.

Great to chat with others and learning about people that are visiting from all different walks of life.

The volunteers & staff work very hard to keep the place well maintained and clean.

Catching the metro is easy and less than a 5 minute walk that can take you to most areas of Busan.

Would 100% stay again next time!

很棒！公共区域小但很用心！老板夫妻人特别好。就是房间里的床躺上去总会咯吱咯吱响，希望改进一下。
