Amazing room! We booked the yellow one and our kids rate it 10+/10. The room has an indoor playground area, a trampoline and lego. Water for the pool cost 50000 won extra but it's really worth paying for. The pool was larger than expected and had a slide and a nice view.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with play facilities and a swimming pool, making it perfect for families with children. The host is very friendly.

I have never seen a kids paradise like this one in a hotel room - our own kids-friendly indoor pool and a whole playground that our three kids loved 🥰

We brought two kids here, and after shopping all day, they just came back to play in the water. Even in winter, they can upgrade to a heated pool for an extra fee. The environment is new and beautiful. Both double rooms have built-in washing machines. The location is convenient for eating seafood, shopping at Lotte Department Store, and exploring the Biff shopping district. Tsai A-ga has also brought Bo Neng here, but it's not very well-known. For the price, it's great value for money.

I was in the pink pool villa for about 11 days with my 3 toddlers.
I have mixed feelings about my visit - I am writing this review as a constructive feedback to the owners, and also for the next potential guests.

The good:
- The location is great, right on the Jagalchi fish market, short walking distance to BIFF square, metro station and a gigantic lotte mall. The fish smell is strong but I consider it part of the adventure.
- The room was clean, new towels and laundry detergent every day. Cleanup every three days.
- The lady responsible for the room was very nice, and tried to help with any issue that we had.
- A working laundry machine (also dries!) and a water purifier at the kitchen. Some good green tea at the room.
- Parking is included (more on that below)
- Check in went smoothly even though I arrived much later than expected.
- My kids really liked the room playground and toys, of course.

The bad (All fixable I believe):
- The room has all kinds of kid hazards:
* Some windows are pretty low, and it is possible for a kid to fall. (There is some semi safety mechanism but my kids bypassed it, I had to be alert all the time).
* On our entry, the drawer near the door was full with toxic things like bug spray and laundry detergent tablets. I quickly moved those somewhere kids can not reach.
* The pool door could not be locked, so I chose not to fill the pool, being afraid that one of my kids will decide to take a swim before I wake up. (To be fair, I knew this would be the case ahead of time, as communicated by the hotel before my visit).
- There is no safe deposit box in the room, so I had to take my valuables with me all the time during my stay.
- There is almost no storage space in the room. We lived out of our luggages for our whole stay. There is a cupboard in the kitchen that is always locked (probably utility cupboard for the cleaning staff). The rooms have some fluffy pink looking drawers that ironically can not be opened, as they are decorative only. In particular, there is almost no space to comfortably put things such that kids will not be able to reach.
- The shower, bath, toilet and laundry machine strangely share a single sewer outlet. This means every time somebody takes a shower or uses the bath, the whole bathroom is flooded. Using the laundry machine also floods the whole room and spreads laundry particles all over the floor. There is no way for the guests to handle the water and the dirt from the laundry machine.
- The bath water control are very difficult to reach, unless you are inside the shower. This made showering my kids a bit difficult.
- The hotel has no desk. The options to communicate with the responsible lady were somewhat limited. It was possible to lift the landline phone hanged on the wall and sometimes someone answers. They also have kakao talk or instagram but I didn't have any of those installed. The staff does not speak English. Most of my questions about how to travel Busan were answered by a young lady working at the fish restaurant next to the entrance. Her English was pretty good and she helped me a lot, even during the check-in. I think they should promote her to be the hotel's desk.
- The hotel's provided parking was sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes when I arrived at night my parking spot was taken, so I had to park somewhere else close to the hotel and pay for it myself. At one time I seemed to park at a place that blocked the arrival of frozen fish into the fish market, so in the morning was rushed to move my car.
- Most of the provided towels were really small, too small even for my toddlers. Sometimes a bigger towel showed up and it was always a delightful surprise.
- The Kitchen is under equipped. There is a microwave. The fridge is small but was sufficient for our stay. There is no stove. Lots of kitchen space but it can not be used to cook almost anything.

All in all, I couldn't find any other hotel in Nampo (Busan) that could accomodate a family of 5, with included kitchen, so this was probably my only reasonable option.
