The service at this hotel was amazing, the staff are attentive and professional. However, there are a few practicalities to consider before booking.

The Room: I stayed in a single room, which was very small and lacked a closet. It is perfectly manageable for one person, but I would strongly advise against booking it for two.

Noise & Sleep: If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The walls are quite thin; I could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway and neighbors talking, which made it difficult to sleep for the first few nights.

Location & Amenities: While it is centrally located, it isn't the most convenient spot for immediate access to diverse shopping or dining. The on-site food is "okay," but if you want to be within walking distance of a vibrant food scene, you might prefer a different neighborhood.

Overall, the hotel meets a basic standard of quality, is priced well, and the service is great, but the noise levels and tight quarters are worth noting.

I usually don't leave reviews unless if it is negative or if I am very pleased.I am very pleased this time is why I am writing this review. We travel a lot in Europe, Caribbean, Virgin Islands, you name it. Every time we travel we stay at pricey hotels where we pay close to $850 and up per night. The purpose of this travel was medical and we booked this hotel because it was just a walking distance from the clinic where I had my surgery. It wasn't expensive but it was 1000 times better then any other hotels we've ever stayed.The hotel is small and cozy with very friendly staff. Hotel grounds and the rooms are spotless clean which sometimes you can't find at the most expensive hotels. The breakfast buffet was the BEST! I never had anything like this before. Very generous amount of food, organization the way everything was served and presented was stunning! We will be back in June for more surgeries and we will definitely stay here again. VOCO I am in love! ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised by Voco Seoul. I came to Seoul for a procedure and stayed my first few nights here. I want to commend the front desk staff being so accommodating allowing me a very very early check in - which was so needed as I was feeling car sick and was able to rest and recover before going to my appointment. As someone here for treatment it was perfect for several reasons- the self-service laundry, each floor had a communal kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave, in room dining started at 7am, their coffee was also really good. I stayed in the king premium which was spacious enough for a solo traveler. The only concern was the walls are a bit thin.

Perfect Hotel, Great location in Gangnam with Sinsa Station a few minutes away and a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great rooms and love the guest kitchens on each floor with a microwave, electric stove, cuttlery and seating areas and also the guest laundry to use for guests by themselves and the gym is great. Been here multiple times for long stays (up to 21 days) and will always come back.

Excellent hotel in prime location with Clean modern rooms and kitchen on every floor ideal for long term recovery. Restaurant open to 10:30 with good options I had Shanghai pasta and burger both were delicious. Coffee both in restaurant and in room very good. Major shopping and restaurant district walking distance right across the street behind Olive Young. Downside is the staff has not been trained on the Chase IHG partnership and will not recognize your status because they think it was booked on Expedia.
