I had an online consultation with ROI before coming to Seoul about 5 months beforehand. Dr. YOU was very on point about things I would like to improve on myself. Upon arriving at ROI, I’m totally impressed with the staff, the clinic, and especially Dr. YOU. Dr. YOU IS AMAZING!! He’s thorough, has an excellent aesthetic vision, highly skilled, great bedside manner, and doesn’t upsell his patients on procedures they don’t need! A plus is he speaks perfect English. I’m very happy with my results. Dr. YOU made me looked refreshed and rested, not looking like a different me, which is what I didn’t want. I highly recommend ROI for anyone looking for a dedicated plastic surgery doctor who cares about his patients and highly skilled at his job at the same time. You will not regret choosing Dr. YOU!

After visiting multiple clinics, I decided on ROI Plastic Surgery and I’m so glad that I did! Dr. You is excellent as he is patient, caring, professional and his English proficiency is outstanding. He was able to explain my procedure in meticulous detail and I appreciated his candor. He also did not try to upsell any extra procedures and his surgical style is focused on rejuvenation (so you’ll still look like yourself but a younger and refreshed version). I just had a lower Blepharoplasty and fat graft done here last week after months of shopping around. I couldn't be happier with my decision! Dr. Yoo is extremely talented and really knows his stuff. He's also a genuinely cool and personable guy that I enjoyed talking to during my consult and follow up. My incision and stitches were so tiny and precise and clean, it impressed everyone in my surgery support groups. I got my stitches out today and you would never guess that I had surgery only 7 days ago! I have literally no complaints at all (though as a warning, it can sometimes take a day or two to hear back on the messenger services.. But it's worth the patience!) and I recommend Dr. Yoo and his very sweet staff at ROI whole heartedly. 💖

ROI Plastic Surgery Center was an outstanding experience. I have always experienced, what I feel are, my unsightly undereye bags since I was in my 20’s. Not because of aging but because of heredity somewhere in my line. I have finally made an upgrade with blepharoplasty surgery. Dr. You was awesome and his work nothing more than exceptional. He and his staff are attentive, professional, pleasant and without a doubt, have, superior customer service.
