Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae

Really comfortable room and convenient to roam around in Hongdae.
The Size of the room is in acceptable size as it is in the busy district. But it's not a business stay-over kinda room. It is comfortable, nice and clean bed, Shower separated from toilet room.
Didn't have time to use any facility. With 'All member' exclusive room upgraded and late check out make this stay impressive.

This is the best location in Hongdae, we reserve from Accor application which is cheaper than others. The location is amazing, close to everything. Walk around 1 mins to Clinic and walk around 3 mins to Metro. Anyway in the last night we smell something die in the room but the service is so great, all staff change the room immidiatly. So next time I will stay here again and again. Can't wait to stay here again. Miss you Hongdae

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The room is clean, modern and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also really appreciate the gym and coin laundry which made everythinh so convenient.

The location itself is perfect, surrounded by convenience store, shops and even my favorite fried chicken shop.

A special thank you to Lynn from the front office. She was incredibly kind, helpful and spoke perfect english, which made the whole experience even smoother and enjoyable. Highly recommended Mercure Ambassador Hongdae!

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae. The hotel is very conveniently located near Hongdae shopping streets, restaurants, cafes, and the subway station, making it easy to explore Seoul. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I especially appreciated the accessibility to nearby attractions and transportation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

If you hang out often in Hongdae, this is the perfect hotel for you! located perfect area, and everything is nearby. I’m pretty sure that u can get almost things around here (like Daiso, Olive young etc) I had such a perfect 3nights here! and even though I didn’t say anything, Lynn noticed that what I needed and helped us out. we are so touched by her service :) Thank you Lynn♥️ If I come back to Korea again, I’d def stay at Mercure hotel

Not quite sure how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only positives are that it is in a great location and my room was a good size. But what was really off putting was the cleanliness. I am personally particular about certain things when it comes to hotels and bathroom cleanliness is very important to me. And this place definitely failed in that regard. There were blinds in the bathroom and it was covered in dust, dust that looked like it has been caked on for a while. The bathroom also smelled like mildew and grout on the tiles were dirty and moldy. The room itself felt tired and needs updating. For the price they charge I expect a cleaner and more maintained room. With that said if those things don’t bother you and you just want to be in the center of the action then this is a good option.
