Grand Hyatt Jeju

This is easily the finest Grand Hyatt we’ve experienced, excelling in service, room quality, and overall value. From the moment we arrived, Alice at Guest Services set a wonderful tone with her warm welcome. At the Grand Lounge, June is consistently friendly and truly exceptional, while Randy from Guest Experience is incredibly approachable and clearly invested in the guest experience.
​Unlike our previous visit, we found the staff’s English proficiency to be excellent; on the rare occasion of a misunderstanding, they immediately connected us with someone who could assist. The entire team upholds the Hyatt standard with impeccable professionalism.
​The Grand King Suite is a standout—nearly 1,400 square feet of beautifully designed space with perfectly curated furnishings. Housekeeping has been equally impressive, remaining prompt and efficient throughout. For Globalists, this property is a premier choice. The Grand Lounge offers all-day wine service alongside high-quality breakfast and dinner spreads. We also appreciated the well-equipped fitness club, especially the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary workout attire and sneakers.
​Located within the impressive Dream Tower complex, the hotel offers easy access to a casino, mall, and diverse dining. Even so, the central location makes it easy to explore local restaurants nearby. We’ve enjoyed six nights here with one to go, and we will certainly be back.

Probably the best hotel in jeju city.
Food on the 88 was simply magnificent. I think it was the best mushroom soup I had ever had. The rooms are huge. Get one on a high floor with ocean view and simply take in the amazing view from your room. The pool is nice. Service is excellent. I would definately come back and stay here.

had a wonderful stay at GH jeju. we enjoyed this hotel much more than PH busan. the rooms are spacious, the thoughtfulness of the motion sensored lighting was great. club access award was used and it provided breakfast, snacks, alcoholic beverages in the evening, and even a light meal for dinner. parking is ample and free. all the staff was exceptionally nice, especially kihe and max that worked in the club! we had a wonderful few encounters with them and those small touches make the world of a difference. thank you!

As Hyatt members, we stayed in the Grand Suite (2 Twin Beds) and were disappointed by the level of service we experienced.

Despite staying in a suite, we seemed to be charged for almost everything. After ordering room service, we requested a few extra bowls for our family and were informed that there would be a charge of KRW 5,000. This felt unnecessarily petty and inconsistent with the level of hospitality we would expect from a Hyatt property.

Our first impression was also disappointing. Having arrived on a red-eye flight at 9:30am and being unable to check in until 3:00pm, we sat at the bakery lounge area while browsing the menu and waiting. Rather than asking if we needed assistance or would like to order something, a staff member immediately informed us that we were not allowed to sit there unless we made a purchase. After a long overnight flight, this came across as unwelcoming and lacking in basic hospitality.

We understand that hotels have policies and procedures, but what was most disappointing was the overall attitude and lack of warmth shown to guests. As loyal Hyatt members, we expected a much higher standard of service and guest care.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return.

An absolutely incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Jeju highly recommended
The Grand Hyatt Jeju is an absolute masterpiece. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a truly pampering experience. The bed is on another level of comfort - honestly, it is hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

We got a suite and it’s very luxurious. Dual bathrooms very clutch for the three of us. Warm, spacious and modern. Amazing views.

Closet is exceptionally spacious and allowed us to share and unload without issue. Plenty of space to dress.

Main bathroom had crazy large soaker tub and dual sinks. Second bathroom allowed us to get ready quick.

View of pool and beyond was incredible. Power curtains and floor to ceiling windows.
