Avani Central Busan Hotel

Location is pretty good. It's right by a metro line and also pretty close to some trendy areas. The rooms are quite big and clean. Service was generally good, except one instance where we booked something with reception, then changed our mind and wanted to cancel, but they told us we never booked anything to begin with. Inconsequential but perhaps reception staff could communicate clearer with guests and with each other.

EDIT: In the end, the booking issue was actually quite annoying. The staff booked a taxi for us and quoted a price. However, they didn't tell us that the taxi driver would only accept cash. Since they were adamant that the booking was not actually completed, we decided to spend all our cash. When the taxi actually arrived, we had to deal with the cash issue ourselves and the staff were not very helpful. The taxi company was the one who accommodated us in the end. Moreover, the price the hotel receptionist quoted was lower than the final price we had to pay, which could be because of other factors, but this along with the issues above just made it clear how inexperienced the staff could be.

Great hotel in the Finance District. Rooms large and very clean and comfy bed. 34 th floor and had a great view. Reasonably priced for our three nights. Five min walk to subway to get you where you want to see. Also the BIFC mall not far away was fantastic for a good cheap feed at the many restaurants there and lots of cafes. No noise. Enjoyed our stay.

The difference between a good hotel and an indifferent one is often the little things.
Our junior suite was roomy and pleasantly furnished however, the services and amenities were sadly lacking.
When we arrived, our room was 26 Celsius but as the hotel informed us, the air conditioning is only available seasonally - really - in a 4 star hotel?! Even with windows open we have not slept as bedding is heavy and not suitable without aircon.
There is a kettle in the room but no black tea or sugar or tea spoons.
Towels are small and thin.
Having left our ‘please make up our room’ light on as we went out at 8:30 am, our room had not been touched at 3:30pm.
Breakfast is poor if your taste tends towards western food with poor choice, many dishes including eggs were cold, very little fruit and a poor selection compared to even much smaller Asian hotels.
There was a chef making omelettes this morning but he seemed to appear intermittently.
We liked our room and staff were pleasant and professional but we will never stay here again. More effort is required.

Very nice hotel with customer rooms on floors 20 to 35. The rooms are quiet and clean and I would say also modern. Good breakfast with dish collecting robots. Very friendly staff. Gym exists but I didn't yet have rime to visit. Also some spa treatments available. Very close to the shopping opportunities and the restaurants in central area. WiFi available for the guests.

Very nice and affordable 4 stars hotel , very convenient transportation options for every place in Busan.
The rooms are standard , clean and well maintained.
The service is nice and with smile.

One thing I would change is a disposable slippers instead the reusable one

Other than that , all was great.
