I went to Poen Hospital for Filler treatment and would like to share my experience. During the consultation, the doctor first conducted a skin test and then analyzed the results to identify my concerns. When I mentioned a specific treatment option, the doctor immediately pointed out that it wouldn’t address my main issues and suggested trying something else instead. I found this very professional. When injecting the Filler, the doctor gently shaped my nose and chin, paying attention to areas where bone structure needed to be considered for a better outcome. The injection process was very gentle, with pressure applied simultaneously to define the contours. After the procedure, the doctor showed me the results in a mirror, and I felt that any adjustments could still be made if I wasn’t satisfied. The hospital also provided free Wi-Fi, so I spent some time browsing REDnote while waiting. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting, and the service process was smooth and efficient.

I really enjoyed my treatment here, the process was very comfortable compared to other clinics, the doctors and nurses are very gentle and are not pushy on their recommendations. The clinic is clean & very aesthetic. The translator was very helpful aswell. Will definitely comeback for other treatments!

I had a great time visiting this clinic. It’s easy to find and located super close to two subway stations- Gangnam Station and Sinnonhyeon station. I wasn’t too sure what I needed for my skin because I am no expert. Thankfully they were super friendly and gave me an in depth consultation using pictures taken of my skin (literal jumpscare, I had no idea my skin was in such a horrid state). Then they suggested the best treatment for my dry skin and clogged pores- aqua peel. It didn’t take too long and they made sure to keep you comfortable and you even get your own locker so no hassle. I was a bit iffy about the laser part but it seriously was super painless and was over pretty quick. I would highly recommend going here if you are like me and need a skin glow up. 10/10

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! The treatment was incredibly refreshing and left my skin feeling clean, calm, and glowing. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I absolutely loved my visit and will definitely be coming back if I ever visit Korea again. Highly recommended!

Visited the clinic for acne scar treatment and had the most calming experience :) The vibe is very soothing and the background music eases the stress before undergoing certain painful procedures. I particularly love the styling/perfume station as it helps me get ready for the remainder of my day. I do not speak Korean but the team speaks very fluent English. Will definitely recommend and come back again when I visit Korea the next time!!

Had a positive experience visiting poen clinic. I was able to receive consultation from Dr Choi and had treatments customised to my skin issues. There are individual rooms for each patient. Jin was very helpful in translation and also providing me snacks since I did not have time for lunch. Thank you, hope to be able to visit again.
