I made an appointment at Theia’s dermatology clinic for a hyaluronic acid injection and just finished it. The in-person consultation experience was far better than I had imagined. The doctor first listened to my requirements, then explained that the results I wanted could actually be achieved through another treatment method. Instead of simply going along with my preference for something more expensive, they provided professional advice before letting me make my own decision. The doctor’s technique was very gentle while administering the injection—pressing the area with a cotton swab as they worked. They applied the injection more quickly on my Forehead and chin, but slowed down on my Buccal Fat and around my eyes. The exact right amount was used, leaving nothing wasted. After the procedure, the doctor even applied a calming mask for me. There was a supervisor who spoke Chinese, so communication wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the staff were very attentive.

Think of it as Gentle Monster of skin clinics? Futuristic and clean space. Friendly staff that speak multiple languages. (English, Chinese) But the experience was WAAAAAAY TOOOOOO LONG…. My appointment was at 2:20pm and I got there 10 minutes early. By the time I finished it was 7:00pm…… And none of my treatments were that long. I got Titanium Lifting (30min) + numbing (20min) and injections like Rejuran and Re20… It should not have taken close to 5 hours….

I honestly didn’t expect the place and the service to be this comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived until I finished my treatment. They made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The place is clean and smells really nice. I especially love that they have a VIP room for treatments.. it feels more private and relaxing. Definitely coming back again for my next treatment!

You’re looked after by a dedicated staff member and a doctor throughout your visit, and communication is easy since everyone speaks excellent English.
