Everyone is friendly. Even though I've only been receiving minor prescriptions for a long time, they never over-treat or recommend surgery, and only explain the necessary details. An acquaintance who underwent hair transplant surgery said the doctor was very thorough, even during long procedures. They even offer lunch hour appointments for office workers. Parking is available in the building's basement, but it's limited.

I went to JJ Hair Transplant over the weekend to get all the procedures I wanted done, and I’d like to share my experience. During the consultation, the director showed me many similar case photos and explained the differences in results that different treatment options could yield. Instead of just showing me the best-case results, he laid out all possible outcomes so I had a clear understanding. The doctor didn’t seem rushed at all while performing the procedures, taking great care with every step. Afterward, he even showed me my immediate results in a mirror and patiently answered all my questions before letting me leave. The whole process took only a little over ten minutes longer than expected, but the experience was completely different. I’m generally satisfied and plan to try other procedures next time.
