I was concerned about my low nose, and although I had functional nose surgery 10 years ago, I still wasn’t satisfied with my nasal tip, so this time I decided to have rhinoplasty using rib cartilage. I didn’t go to consultations at any other clinics. After watching MIHO Plastic Surgery’s YouTube videos and videos of Dr. Yoon Seok-ho, I gained trust in his explanations and surgical approach, so I decided to have surgery with him. During the consultation, he honestly explained which parts were achievable and which parts would be difficult, and that actually made me trust him even more. I liked that he explained things realistically rather than giving unrealistic expectations. It has now been about two weeks since the surgery, and aesthetically I’m overall satisfied. My nose is higher than before, and my nasal tip feels more refined, so my overall impression has improved. As the swelling gradually goes down, it’s settling in more naturally than at first, which makes me even more excited for the future results. There were also moments after surgery when I had concerns, and the doctor handled everything very well. The nurses were also extremely kind. Not only on the day of the consultation but all the way up until the surgery, both the doctor and the consultant personally took plenty of time to carefully explain the entire surgical process. As a family member, this gave me both reassurance and a strong sense of trust. I especially feel extremely grateful toward the consultant in charge. In many cases, clinics are only attentive before surgery, and communication becomes difficult afterward, but our consultant continued to respond quickly and kindly through KakaoTalk whenever we had questions after surgery, treating us almost as if we were family. During a time when post-operative care can feel overwhelming, that support meant a great deal to us. From the perspective of someone bringing in an elderly parent, this is truly a clinic that provides thoughtful care and allows you to feel completely at ease throughout the process.

I had inner corner surgery in another region before, but I experienced eye irritation and too much visible lacrimal caruncle, so I had inner corner restoration surgery at MIHO Plastic Surgery. My biggest concerns were separation and scarring, but now at one month, it hasn’t separated and the scars are not severe, so I’m happy with the results. It’s been two weeks since I had rhinoplasty. I had been wanting nose surgery for a long time, and I finally decided to go for it while having my eye revision surgery at the same time. I had both procedures done on the same day at MIHO. Since the nose is such an important area, I was very nervous, but after watching Dr. Yoon’s YouTube videos where he explains things in a professional and detailed way, I felt I should at least get a consultation at MIHO. I was especially worried about silicone-related side effects, so I wanted to proceed with a non-implant approach. The consultation coordinator listened carefully to my concerns and helped organize exactly what I wanted, and then Dr. Yoon explained the surgical methods and process in detail based on my needs. For my nose, we used autologous dermis for the bridge and autologous rib cartilage for the tip. The columella was slightly lifted, and my nostrils were reduced. I’ve also suffered from rhinitis since childhood, and after getting a CT scan, turbinate hypertrophy and a deviated septum were confirmed, so I had functional rhinitis surgery done at the same time. With the rib cartilage used for the tip, it feels firm and the height looks very natural and well balanced. At the two-week mark, the level of discomfort has gone down a lot. For the bridge, since autologous dermis was used, it doesn’t allow the same level of shaping or height as silicone, but because it’s my own tissue, it feels much safer and looks naturally elevated, which I’m very satisfied with. The current height at two weeks looks natural, and since absorption is expected to occur over about a year, I’m hoping it stabilizes well without excessive loss of volume. Most of all, the post-op care has been incredibly thorough. The staff carefully answered all of my questions, which helped a lot during recovery. When I visited the clinic for follow-up care, I had some concerns about my nasal bridge. The coordinator immediately arranged a schedule for me to see the doctor, so I didn’t have to worry on my own. Dr. Yoon took the time to explain about what I’m concerned of, which I’m very grateful for.

I had revision rhinoplasty at Miho, and it’s already been a month! At this point, most of the swelling is gone, and the shape is really starting to settle in. I especially love my side profile. Maybe because a customized implant was used, my nose tip no longer looks droopy like before and has a slightly lifted, more refined look. From the front, the bulbousness has slimmed down a lot, so my whole face looks much cleaner now. Even with just a little nose contouring when I do my makeup, the line really shows, which has given me so much more confidence when taking photos or videos!!! I had nasolabial angle correction, alar and nasal wall reduction, and droopy tip correction to refine my bulbous nose. Now I’m able to go out freely, the reactions from people around me have been very positive, and I’ve regained a lot of confidence. I’m truly grateful to both doctors and to all the staff members who treated me with such kindness.
