Mixed feelings about the place overall Was given an orientation by a really polite gentleman who spoke Chinese and English well. Was then brought to a consultation room where I felt things could've been explained better, such as pain levels according to the level of kj (for Onda + Titanium) as I mentioned that it was a first time experience doing the treatment. I was then brought into a treatment room by a kind lady, and then another lady who did the treatment patiently explained the procedure before she started. However when everything was finished she left abruptly and a separate staff came in who was very rude, followed by another who did the skincare who was equally rude and dismissive. For the price >$1k krw, not worth it. Locker area was dirty. Please go to a factory clinic instead.

The staff are friendly, good and prompt service. Detailed analysis with helpful interpreter - available both Chinese and English. Be prepared to take the pain for some treatment , seems normal. Overall good service.

Great experience! Nice to have a translator available as well for foreigners during consultation. Staff was helpful and informative and let me know every step of the way what they are doing.

The doctor is good at English and we also got the Chinese translate, so we have a smooth communication.
