I had a wonderful experience at Nine Clinic in Seoul. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The consultation was clear, and they took the time to explain the treatment and answer my questions without rushing. You can have an English translator too… the doctor that give the treatment speaks English too.. Suggestion to the management: An in depth analysis of the skin evaluation must also be emphazised so that there will be good benefit for us to maintain.

Just sharing a little win with you girls I finally started my laser hair removal journey! After the consultation, we chose Apogee Elite Plus and I'm really happy with it. The sweetest staff member translated everything into English and stayed with me throughout the whole appointment. The treatment was super quick, and thanks to the cooling system it was completely painless. Such a great first experience now I'm excited to see the results

I recently visited this skin clinic and was blown away by the recent renovation. The space is modern, and has a welcoming feeling that gives you confidence in the care provided. Also, there was an English translator who was an absolute gem. She was very nice, patient and made sure my friend and I understood everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new clinic, it’s quite spacious and updated. The consultants are very knowledgeable and they have translators who help explain their diverse selection of treatments. I enjoyed my experience here!

I went here yesterday after leaving seye clinic and was hoping for a fair service for a fair price. You can’t only price shop and since I am a foreigner I was very skeptical. I didn’t have an appointment and they agreed to let me wait for a consultation and service. The lady who did that was so kind and professional and told me it would take time since they were packed with clients waiting. I was then greeted by Louise who was a translator. She was one of the nicest people I have met and so intelligent. She was with me every step of the way. I went into the consultation knowing at 60 I needed work. They suggested a few things but I had a budget and I don’t like when they ask what your budget is that makes me feel like I’m buying a car. I ended up doing a promo and being given a price and paid. Louise and I were headed to floor 7!then for my service and the rep ran out for us saying the discount she offered of 53,000 won was not allowed and I needed to pay more. I became angry and started not to trust them. They offered sedation as a bonus if I paid the 53,000 won but I didn’t originally include that? They made such a big deal and refused me any service unless I paid them they wanted to void original charge and recharge the new amount. I insisted no and agreed to pay the 53.000 won separately. Then I finally went with Louise to get my service. Now they didn’t want to use numbing cream so I waited longer and the doctor came and did numbing injection and my service. The heads were already opened and they brought a new box and head out but those wouldn’t scan which I was a little unhappy about. The doctor did an excellent service and he was so complete and took his time to achieve my results and 600 ultherapy prime shots. The device was 4.5 itself and was done ina semi private room with one other client. I will follow up with pictures. Nice deal and good place however some kinks and I felt they should have eaten the 53,000 won after everything however I’m still very glad I was there and I can overall recommend.

This was the worst medical aesthetics experience I’ve ever had, and I need to warn others to avoid it. I went for ulthera and Korean Rejuran injection, and the hygiene was shocking—, tip is already opened and not new. When I asked why, they said it can be reused multiple times, which made me extremely uncomfortable. No wonder the price is cheap. The front desk staff, a Chinese woman, was incredibly rude and impatient. During the skin check, I pointed out that the device was dirty and asked if it could be sanitized. She just wiped it roughly with a dirty cloth and told me to go ahead. I’ve never been treated like this in China. During the procedure, no one offered any care or support. The staff were cold and even rude. The towels were old and worn out. The middle-aged woman who administered the injection was completely unprofessional. It was so painful I was in tears, and when I asked to pause, she just impatiently told me to hurry up. There was zero empathy or professionalism. This was, without a doubt, the worst medical aesthetics experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend

Highly recommend their 미희주사 if you have an under eye lid problem!!!! I came here a several times already, never disappoint me!!!

Literally the worst ever experience I've ever had in Korea. Crowded as hell, super pricier and lower quality than other Korean clinics I've been. Feels like they’re trying to rip me off because I'm a foreigner.

Went there twice as I got some body injections. I had to see the consultant first at L12 before gojng to L10 for the treatments. However, I understand a little bit of Korean and it seemed the translator translated quite okay, however there were so many misunderstandings from the staff selling the package. There was 4 area injection where she mentioned I could only get a limited amount of 2 areas done on a day, and I can come back about 2-3 days later to do it again. However, the part misunderstood was the areas had to be different. The first time I did it was with a male Dr. I wasn’t informed beforehand if it would be male or female. Which was awkward for me to be sprawled over the bed with a dude completely unprepared and in shock. However the male dr did the injections with care and was quite nice about the fact that I felt some pain. He seemed to inject multiple parts but checked where he should inject. I ended up with some bruising which I was not informed of beforehand. However, when I came the second time I thought I could go straight to L10 to immediately do the treatments. However, when I did, they directed me to L12. I waited for the second time for about 20-30mins. When I went to the consultant she asked me the exact same questions on day 1 and passed me the price book…. I was there to just do the 2nd part of my injections and I had to waste my time there….. for so long. When I finally went to the room and waited for the Dr, a female Dr came in (she didn’t seemed happy to be there either) and she just said Hi, asked if I had done this before. And IMMEDIATELY STARTED WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. Weird thing was that the amount used for the arm and the thighs were the exact same?!? Shouldn’t it be tailored to the part? There seemed to be only 3 spots injected and it was done so rushed without any care, and the clinic was not even as busy as the first day….. Now I’m left with my arms having quite a bit of pain where even brushing past it hurts A LOT. And the part injected for my thighs, 1 side is higher than the other as she didn’t even ask me to turn she just wanted to do it fast and lazily. Thanks a lot I guess. The consultant gets 2 stars, male Dr got 4 stars but the female Dr got 1 star. So. I had to settle at 2 to make it balanced.

A few of us had pico laser ruby laser filler botox and reepot laser done. I feel it more reliable than the one i did in Myeongdong. Consultant recommended treatment based on our needs. Then, a doctor sees us and reviews the consultant's recommendations. The doctor did our treatment and we are good to go.
