I went to this dental clinic in gangnam famous for its laminate treatments, so I got a consultation. I was completely satisfied with everything, from the building's interior design to the kindness of the staff. They weren't overly aggressive, so I was able to get the treatment I wanted.

I recently got Zeronate veneers at TU Dental Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. They explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The results are honestly amazing — my veneers look completely natural, the shade is perfect, and the overall finish is even better than I expected. The dentists truly have an eye for detail and take real pride in their work. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well-organised, which made each visit stress-free. I came to get teeth whitening here and was extremely disappointed by the results of my service here. I was seen by the dentist for approximately 5 minutes who just deemed I was eligible for teeth whitening based on my X-ray (which is an additional and mandatory cost). He suggested I do 2 to 3 cycles of teeth whitening. I would not see him for the rest of the treatment. I was then presented with the cost, and I ended up opting for 2 cycles because the total came out to about $900+ USD (and this is without additional at-home treatment, which they also try to sell you on). I come from NYC where in-clinic teeth whitening is much cheaper, but I assumed for this cost, I would have even better results. They first bring out a color metric (with all sorts of yellow to white shades of teeth) to identify what your current color is, and then will compare it to after your treatment. After 2 cycles of treatment, I saw absolutely ZERO difference. Even the technician, who did the "after" color analysis couldn't tell me how the shade improved. They kind of just brushed it off. Now, there is the argument that not everyone will respond to teeth whitening in the same ways, which I do not dispute! And I can't attest to what other teeth whitening places are like in S. Korea. However, I have had in-office teeth whitening done before for half the price in New York City and have seen substantial results and differences. So I can only assume that my teeth respond to teeth whitening treatments. To pay almost $1K and see absolutely no results was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, you typically feel some kind of teeth sensitivity after whitening, and I felt nothing at all. I will say the staff are very nice and the facilities are very clean. If you are a foreigner and can get tax back on this treatment, please note, do not use an American Express card to pay for your treatment. Their tax refund machine will only refund you on VISA, which they failed to tell me when they accepted my AMEX payment. As a result, you have to then go through the trouble of getting your tax back at the airport. For this inconvenience, they were kind enough to waive the 35,000 KRW X-Ray fee.

During my business trip to Korea, I had some spare time, so I went for a dental consultation. I was interested in laminates or venners , and during the meeting, I was introduced to something called Zeronate. First of all, it was convenient because there was an English-speaking staff, and I felt confident after hearing the doctor's explanation about the delicate techniques. I will get Zeronate on my next visit to Korea
