Dr. Choi from Urban Plastic Surgery performed my rhinoplasty and I am very happy with the result. The pre-op tests were quite extensive——blood tests, CT scan, and 3D photos were taken. During the consult, the surgeon and I worked together in planning what needs to be done to achieve the results I wanted that is symmetrically harmonious to my current features, which is very important to me. It is not just about getting the nose that I want but the overall facial image. He listened, and answered all my questions patiently. The nurses were amazing at looking after my wounds every time I visit the clinic and the red light therapy sessions were quite helpful in reducing my swelling and facilitating my recovery. I have a bit of swelling still but I am quite happy with how it is looking already, I can’t wait for the final result. I can’t thank the entire team at Urban (and Beauty Hopper) for helping me achieve my goal and helping me be more confident with myself. I recently visited Urban Plastic Surgery clinic for multiple procedures, including an upper blepharoplasty and my 5th nose revision, and overall my experience has been positive so far. First, I want to highlight Yura, the translator, who truly made a difference in my experience. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. She helped coordinate my appointments, transportation, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. Having someone like her there made me feel much more comfortable and supported. The clinic also offers some nice additional services, such as red light therapy, deswelling care, and even a shampoo service, which I appreciated during recovery. My nose doctor was also very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns—especially important since this was my 5th revision. I’m grateful that he used 100% of my own rib cartilage, which was something I specifically wanted, and which is why I chose him as I did my research and found Dr. Choi to be one of the best with revision rhinoplasty using rib graft, and nose surgery is all he does. That said, there were a few aspects that felt a bit less personal. Some of the staff came across as more clinical and less warm but maybe that’s just how the Korean culture is. The clinic can also feel quite busy at times, so just be prepared to have a wait sometimes, but nothing too long. Since I am still early in my recovery, I cannot yet speak to my final results, as there is still swelling. However, I appreciate the care I’ve received so far and the support services provided throughout the process. Overall, I would say this clinic is efficient and experienced, especially for those traveling for procedures, and I’m hopeful for a great final outcome.

I found this clinic through Beauty Hopper, and what stood out to me immediately was that Urban felt smaller, more personal, and less commercialised compared to many other clinics. That was a big reason I chose it. During my initial consultation, both doctors were extremely professional and attentive. Dr. Choi Eun Gyu, who performed my rhinoplasty, carefully reviewed the reference photos I had shared beforehand and took the time to analyse my facial structure. He didn’t just copy a style — instead, he modified the plan to achieve a more natural result that would suit my face, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lee Jungmin, who did my fat grafting and scalp stem cell treatment, was incredibly kind and honest. I had initially considered additional facial fat grafting to my lips, but he advised that I didn’t need it, which made me trust him even more. It felt like genuine medical advice rather than upselling. The clinic staff were very foreigner-friendly and made the entire process easy to understand. They explained all the pre-op instructions clearly, arranged blood tests, and ensured I felt prepared and supported despite being from overseas.
