I had a great experience at LUEL Clinic. The clinic is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The manager was professional and explained everything clearly without any hard selling, which I really appreciated. I received Virtue RF treatment and felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this clinic! We accidentally arrived late, but the team was so accommodating and waited for us. I got jaw Botox for my teeth grinding, and the entire process was super smooth. The doctor, staff, and their English translator were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

I was very very late (45mins) for my skin treatment due to bad traffic but the staffs and doctors were all very patient with us during consultation and the procedures even though its close to their closing time🥹 Thank you all so much! Everyone should come here for the comfortable environment and comprehensive skin treatment P.S You also don’t need to wash your own face at a basin like at those ‘popular’ chain clinics, the staffs here will do your face cleansing for you!! 😂

I came here for eyelid and chin lifting laser, was just going to get consultation but I got all procedures straight away. Everything, staff, doctors, and place, was pleasant and flawless. As soon as you walk in, you will feel soothing and relax. Procedurewise, Dr Lim is very thorough and thoughtful. He is clearly super experienced and knowledgeable and plus friendly.
