Zizel Signity Seocho

This service apartment/hotel is very confusing. Their "office" or "check in" is in a little office on the group floor which you can missed it if you are not careful. They use UH Flat The Seocho as the name but everywhere is still having Zizel Signity Seocho brand stickers everywhere and that is really confusing for first timer looking for this place. One day, their cleaner missed clearing our rubbish and change towels. Imagine staying 5 nights there. I contacted them and they just reply sorry so be prepared for such incidents.

Arrived at the front desk at 3pm. No one available. Waited for 25 minutes and able to check the bags only. Check in time from 4pm. Check out 11 am.

Couch was dirty and the place is filthy. Dust everywhere and look like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Kept sneezing due to the dust.

Ask for room cleaning the next day and I was told the cleaning service is only available 3rd day onwards.

Asked for towels and they didn't bring it so had to request again.

Asked for cleaning on the 3rd day and refused. They didn't have enough staffs because everyone was busy cleaning air filter.

Asked for shower towels but not available. Hand towels had brown spots.

I would not recommend this place.

Serious difficulty with instructions to check in. Also the qr quote to help did not help. Don’t stay here no matter what. No help at all. The directed site and info didn’t work. Overall the worst experience

Great hotel with facilities to enable a lengthier stay with minimal but sufficient amenity to be self sufficient in the hotel room. Short stay suitable as it enables cooking and cleaning/washing. The one bedroom layout was convenient and appreciated. The high level of tech in the room meant it was fairly simple for non Korean speaking tourists to work out the systems available and how to run the apartment. Note; digital style hotel so no key and digital check in means little if any interaction with humans! Could be a plus if everything goes smoothly

Very clean, the customer service is very responsive and polite. I had a problem with changing the temperature level, I personally think it’s too warm. But I understand since it’s the protocol to set warm temperatures on winter-spring season. Location is very convenient too, there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It’s also in Seocho, Gangnam so I could travel easily anywhere around Seoul during my trip in Korea.

One thing tho, the Kakao Taxi keeps getting us to wrong location, because Zizel Signity nor Le Collective Seocho is found correctly in the app. I wish you could fix this, I was forced to type in hangul because the taxi keep getting it wrong (I think they use google maps for driving).
