Yeouido Park Centre, Seoul - Marriott Executive Apartments

This was our second stay at The Marriott Executive Apartments Yeouido Seoul & it was absolutely wonderful. The beautiful staff remembered us from our first stay 2 years prior and went over and above to make us feel very welcome.
What a wonderful team. Their warm kind and genuine customer service is amazing.
And the buffet breakfast is amazing!!
Thank you so much again Marriott Yeouido Seoul.

Excellent stay for a family! The room was clean, daily breakfast was wonderful, staff is perfect! The room has a separate washer AND dryer that work extremely well. We are happy we packed light to leave more room in the luggage for souvenirs! There is a 7-11 downstairs in the hotel so you can buy any extras like snacks, water, detergent and noodles! We highly recommend this location, right across from Yeouido Park. Very quiet, peaceful, easy to get everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

I arrived late in the evening with a considerable amount of luggage, yet there was no staff available at the entrance to assist, which left a disappointing first impression.

During check-in for my 3-night stay, I was informed that as a Titanium member, I would receive one complimentary breakfast. However, during my previous stay just last week, breakfast was provided for the entire duration of the stay. When I mentioned this, the receptionist responded in a rather dismissive manner, saying, “If you want, I can give you one more day,” which felt more like a reluctant favor than a proper benefit.

The room condition was also unsatisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and when I called the front desk, a staff member came and explained that out of the three units, two were outdated and one required resetting. This raised concerns about the overall maintenance standards.

At the spa, there was a noticeable moldy smell, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, during breakfast, I found mold on the butter. When I reported it, the staff quickly removed the evidence. Later, I received a message apologizing and offering one additional complimentary breakfast, but it felt more like a token gesture rather than a sincere resolution.

Overall, both the service and facility management fell short of expectations. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay with my daughter! Spacious room with many appliances needed for long stay. Location was also perfect for me to do the shopping and meet my friends. Highly recommend for tourists traveling Seoul.

We love this hotel. If you are in the area visiting with families, I will highly recommend this hotel. There are so many good restaurants around here due to its location within the financial district.

The sauna was great! Every night, we enjoyed a hot and relaxing bath. The facility is huge!

Staff was great! They explained how to operate the air conditioner. They were very friendly and we were able to communicate without any issues. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The price is reasonable considering we are getting a living room with 2 bedrooms.

As a plus, it is less than 3 KM to go to Costco Yangpyeong if you need to fill up your suit case. :)
