Western Grace Hotel

I am extremely disappointed and frankly shocked by the standards of this so-called 4-star hotel.

Upon check-in, the first room we were given had a bathroom that was clearly not cleaned — there was a strong urine smell the moment we entered. We had no choice but to request a room change immediately.

Unfortunately, the situation only got worse. After returning from dinner, I went to take a shower but couldn’t find any towels. I then asked my wife to check if they were placed elsewhere. To our disbelief, she found a used towel hanging inside the wardrobe.

This is not just poor service — this is a serious hygiene failure and a complete breakdown of basic housekeeping standards. It is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 4-star.

To be fair, the hotel itself is beautifully designed. However, it feels like in the pursuit of aesthetics, the management has overlooked something far more fundamental. Guests do not ask for much — only the most basic expectations: cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

Please do not forget that beyond beauty, cleanliness is the foundation of hospitality.

Management should take this matter seriously. This level of negligence is inexcusable, and it raises serious concerns about the overall quality control of the hotel.

we arrived at this Hotel with a paid reservation, or so we thought. No reservation , no English spoken communication was via Google translate. pictures of reception are missing a metal partition that splits the area in half as two different hotels in one building. no room offered as alternative, no WiFi, area in need of a good clean. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is in a good location and staff was friendly, but quite disappointed with our stay. The bed has plasticky cover that was very hard and uncomfortable to body. I could not fall assleep half the night for that. Please do better

The terrace was beautiful but it was a little bit too expensive for the quality... the check out was quite early. In general comfortable. I would add some more items to the room as a better hair brush for example... 7 of 10 for me.
