Urban Island, Jeju

Despite being self check in the check-in process was smooth. For the price it was definitely worth it. Location is super convenient and the staff during the day were very helpful.

Btw you won’t see the front desk staff at night. Also wish they had microwave in the rooms and the cleaning lady didn’t really mop the floors everyday.

Budget hotel. Room was okay for the price. Total for 3 nights was the cost for 1 night in other hotels we saw. There was a piece of trash when we entered the room (lint remover sheet). Must’ve dropped by the housekeeping. The door doesn’t close properly if not pushed so keep in mind!

Lots of restaurants near the hotel. There’s bus stop in front too. Good location.

TV had Netflix, Youtube, but DisneyPlus cannot be opened. They don’t have bath towels, only hand towels. There was “Towels” in the amenities listed in Agoda sure but not the large ones. So better to bring your own. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and toothpaste, hair blower are available. Light in the bathroom has a timer so it turns off even when you’re still inside. The trash cans inside the room and bathroom are small. Didn’t like the robes. It was itchy when I tried to wear it.

Staff are okay. Sometimes there’s no staff in the front desk so you have to wait a while if you need something. They can speak basic English.

Nice, comfortable rooms, good service (better have your personal towel, cuz their re very small)
