UH FLAT The Songdo

Songdo's scenery is beautiful and the building's architecture is impressive. The neighborhood is quiet and a bit secluded. The building attracts a global crowd due to the affordable daily rental rates, though the lobby area can look a bit cluttered with uncollected mail. It’s a very convenient and decent option for a short-term stay during a move.

Hotel staff is racist . They first denied to show room to an indian and denied that no room available . After that they see my booking and give room.

Unfortunately for me, i did not save any picture from the aparts.
But i can say that it was great for me as a first time traveller.
I talked through kakaotalk for any question or other things. I asked about changing password and got an agreement, so yes you can do this if you are a lonely travelly girl, remember to change it back!

TV, washing machine, kitchen utensil's, pot, electric kettle. Pretty basic

It is around 40 min (if you are a lazy aah person )to go to Songdo Central Park.

Very close to underground aka metro station- 송도달빛축제공원

You can find a grocery shop in Lotte Mart Songdo, and yes they are taking physical money and can aske if you need a bag. Had no worries going there.
It is cheaper than 24/7 marts near aparts.

I asked about separated trash, but got a response that i do not need to do this, but did anyway.
Lived there 11 days, probably do later again!

And do not worry about the voice in the ceiling, my friend said that this can be about trash baloons from other Korea or...i donno.. she was low voiced and could not hear it)

This hotel in the apartment, you can self check in. Value for money.

Room are big and comfy, clean and full furnished, wahing machine with dryer, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, and big refrigerator. Everything was very nice, except the normal towel and floor mat are not provided.
This is my first experience staying without normal size of towel 🙄 a bit unconvinience.

Anyway they provided small size towels for your hair and face.

Location surrounded by restaurants and CU convenient store available at the 1st floor.
Hope next time they provide the normal size of towel😍 thanks.

Room very clean and spacious for 1.

I stayed at UH Flat The Songdo from 24 to 29 August 2025 and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable from the start.

The furniture was modern and nicely arranged, giving the space a cozy feel.

What I appreciated most was the host’s responsiveness – any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully.

The unit came with quite complete facilities, including a hob, washer-dryer, hair dryer, fridge and more – everything I needed was already there.

Another plus point is the convenient location, with a bus stop just nearby, making it easy to get around.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
