Amazing hotel in the middle of Seoul downtown! Warmly welcomed by Ms. Wee and her colleagues and received a personalized letter from her at the end of the stay :) All stuff were very competent (at the reception, breakfast, cleaning, concierge…). 100% recommended!

Great location. It’s unbeatable. Super central, near shinsigae and a lot of good eateries with local crowds rather than tourists. The spa is in an annex building and has an onsen, steam, hot and cold plunges and a sauna as well. The rooms are not big, but is appropriately clean and comfortable. Great location right in the heart of Myeongdong. The room was clean. Nice views. On the not so positive side, the rooms are small with very little space for bags. The layout is also kind of weird. The room looks a bit dated. The room is operated via the key card and it’s hard to manually turn on/off lights. Not very intuitive. The heat doesn’t work well in our room. We turned it up to the max and it didn’t heat up until over night. I would not rate this as 5-star. Would not stay again.

The hotel itself has all the facilities you could ask for; amazing breakfast, amazing evening buffet if you stay on the club lounge, and the rooms are great with amazing views. The pool is awesome. The gym is very good and overall, my family and I had an amazing time in Seoul Korea because of where the hotel is located and because of how great the facilities are.

Callum was an amazingly gracious host and would come back again just to see him thank you so much.

Amazing stay! I can't wait to return to stay at the Plaza again. I was very impressed with customer service, from the first to the last moment of my 4 night stay. Every single staff I encountered --from the front desk, the bell service attendants, the spa helpers --were so kind and helpful. And the maid-service was amazing too. They really made my stay special. The rooms are a little dated but I think the price reflects that so it's a good value for the fantastic location, all the amenities and the 5-star service. I appreciated the little touches like yummy gourmet teas and free water bottles that were replenished each day. I'm definitely staying at the Plaza again when I visit Seoul next time.
