Seungpal's customer service is the worst.

The Wi-Fi wasn't showing up, so I asked for the password, and they said anything would work.

I checked again, but it still didn't work, so I asked one more time, and they said they didn't have it and told me to use my mobile data.

The check-in and check-out times were excellent compared to other places, and the location was perfect, right next to a busy area, so it wasn't too noisy.

June 2024 ~ Second stay

Stayed in a 3rd-floor room~ The hotel room condition was good last year, but it seems like maintenance has been lacking in the meantime.

I think they need to pay more attention to room cleaning.

It was very convenient having a steam trailing in the room.

I was having trouble with the smell of meat on my clothes, but

The room condition was okay.

There were 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator.

The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good.

It was convenient having places to eat nearby.

The place is clean and...it doesn't smell like cigarettes, which is nice...there are a lot of restaurants nearby, so it's nice to have a drink...there aren't that many parking spaces...but they somehow manage to park so it's not inconvenient...
