STAY 42

I really want to recomend this place, it felt so homey and nice. It was very clean I had my own room for one with a private bathroom and there was a shared kitchen with a microwave, hot and cold drinking water, fridge and even dishes. The host also comunicated with me so if there would occur any problem (which it didn’t) I think she/he would be available.

The location is also great - you can go to the 광진교 (nearby bridge) and have beautiful view on the Han river. The bus and metro stops are also very near and there is an amazing korean/french bakery right under the apartment. Olive young, 7 eleven, pharmacy and Starbucks are also close by + many great restaurants too.

Just before arriving I got an email with the specific location described, so it was easy to find 😊 Overall just a great start of my Korean trip, thank you once again!

This place was really convenient since the event I attended was at Walker Hill Casino, and it was only about a 20-minute walk away.

The room was very clean and had a lovely fragrance, almost like a high-quality perfume. Complimentary mineral water was provided, which was a nice touch.

In the shared area, it looked like cooking was possible, and there were free washing machines and dryers available, making it feel perfect for a longer stay.

Right next door, there’s a delicious bakery, which made breakfast really easy and enjoyable.

I’d definitely stay here again the next time I attend an event in Korea.

I stayed for 3 nights to stay in Seoul and it was really great experience for me!

#1 Convenience
Stay 42 was very close for metro station of which line 5(purple line) Gwangnaroo station, taking within 5 minutes by walk and there are more bus stops as well.
If you want to feel relaxing Han River across the Seoul, you should definitely stay here. You can get there by walk or taking a bike called Ttareungi, a Seoul Public Bike.

#2 A Reasonable Accomodation
As the dates I stayed were weekends, I had worried about fee Accomodation fee but this stay 42 suggested really relatively reasonable room fees.

#3 Nice Host
The host, Annie, showed me full of hospitality and tried to reach me out to make my stays better via Airbnb messages.

#4 Room Condition
Of course the room condition was neat and tidy. It was a kinda studio style with a seperate toilet so that you are able to keep your privacy. There was a slight noise from the road through the window but not really a big deal at night and when you sleep.

the accommodation is clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me, the host it’s very friendly and always answer very quickly if you need any help inside the house.

I stayed for 3 weeks
The room, bathroom, and shared kitchen are clean. The bathroom is very big and clean!

The room is exactly as in the picture, and I like the queen-size bed. I'm sensitive to noise, but it's very quiet when I close the window!

It's close to Gwangnaru Station and right in front, so it's convenient. There's a convenience store and a bakery right in front, easy to eat breakfast

The host responds very quickly and is very kind :)
It was nice that there was always bottled water in the fridge and the trash can in the shared kitchen was emptied every day

The small thing is that the window is small, so there's not much ventilation + the room is too small to hang laundry

The location is very close to the subway station, and it's nice to be able to take a shuttle bus to the Walkerhill Hotel.

I stayed here for two weeks, and I felt comfortable during that time. The host is friendly and quick to respond.

The price is rather low, but the interior facilities are excellent. Recently renovated, so they are clean and well managed.
