It looks like a service apartment rather than hotel to me.

We experience toilet blocked problems at night, trying to find someone to help only realise no one on duty after office hours. Unfortunately, we have to wait for a night with no toilet use which are extremely inhumanity. The problem only solved in the next day morning when the staff back to duty.

The WiFi and TV also malfunction.

Pretty close to incheon airport. It takes like 40 mins but you only need to walk around 3 mins in total. The room is pretty clean, it has lots of space, way better than staying at motel with the name of hotel lol.

Really handy to have floor heating in the room. The room is tiny but cozy. Big suitcases can easily take up all the space.

Coming from a Western country, I felt the rooms were quite small, but the beds were comfortable enough for a short stay.

The breakfast, however, was amazing. We were really glad we chose the room with breakfast included, the chefs were very friendly and took the time to explain each item on the buffet. We absolutely loved it.

If I ever visit Korea again, I’d come back here just for the breakfast. It would be even better if the rooms were a bit safer and more spacious.

The hotel is in a great area for travelers, close to the airport and surrounded by a lot of good food and coffee shops in walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were well maintained and I was happy to see that my room also had a washing machine. One of the best parts is that the hotel shares a building with a 24/7 convenience store.
