Songdo International Camping Site

On our annual visit to Korea to visit with my wife’s family, we stayed in Songdo for two weeks and walked around a lot. One day I walked down to the Songdo International Campsite to look around. It was a little late in the year and only a few people were actually there.

The scenery here is amazing, and it seems like a very convenient place since there are spots for water activities. When camping, I highly recommend bringing Wang Ttukkeong Jjamppong, Kimchi, and the standard ramen; it will taste absolutely delicious. Roasting marshmallows at night is also great. However, I heard it's hard to make a reservation here these days, so I hope you get to visit someday! Well then, I'll be going now. Goodbye!

This place requires a reservation at midnight on the 20th of every month. It's so popular that I failed several times, but I kept an eye out for cancellations just in case. 🎉🎉🎊🎊✨️Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out is at 11 AM. There's a caravan glamping deck and a moored caravan. It's managed by a professional cleaning company, so the bedding is fluffy and generally clean. There are sinks and showers everywhere, and parking is available near the caravan. There's a 24-hour supermarket, so I was able to relax and have fun. However, it's right in front of the ocean in Songdo New Town, so it's midwinter right now. Dress warmly. Oh, and you can also see a beautiful sunset.

A great place for camping near the city center! The four-person caravan seems nice, but the two-person caravan doesn't have a bathroom or water supply, so you'll have to constantly use the restroom and communal sink. Other than that, the bedding and atmosphere are nice! Be careful with your shoes when it rains!

Reservations are difficult to make, but this campground offers excellent value for money. However, it seems like some measures are needed to address no-shows.
