Somerset Jeju shinwha world, very spacious, very comfortable for family stay, practically like your own house, can cook, can do laundry should u chose to do it. Nice place🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

We had a beautiful/clean/modern 3 bdr apartment. Very large and comfortable. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. You can also use the living room sofa as one more bed.

Very big luxury villa style house. I used suites ondol house. It have 3big rooms and 2 bathrooms. Individual room have air-conditioning systems. The kitchen have various electrical machines. We used swimming pool every day. Room construction was good. But water flow rate of bathroom was so weak. Locker room of swimming pool was so good. Some mosquitoes bothered us in outdoor pool. The price of room rate was so expensive.

We booked this hotel to have a larger, more comfortable unit with washer and dryer. While it met our satisfaction for the larger room, it did not include a dryer rather, it is a DRYING RACK. This would not have been an issue if it was properly detailed, but was a classic bait and switch tactic. Disappointed by the lack of attention put in hotel description. We likely would’ve booked elsewhere if we were properly informed.

The water park was closed and the theme park was a joke. Many of the premium features that should be standard came at a cost or required advance reservation, like the swimming pool. Poor form to send kids away since you reached some arbitrary capacity; again if informed properly at checkout, would’ve been no problem.

They tout 5-star experience, but it is 3.5 at best. Housekeeping was supposed to come during the middle of our stay, but did not. Calling them to come the night before our departure was inconvenient. And If you don’t wash your dishes & take out the trash, they threaten to charge you an additional $35 charge.

If you want newer facilities with better customer service, try the Marriott hotel location down the street.

We rented a three-bedroom condominium and were very happy with the place. It was spotlessly clean, was equipped with everything you need from a cooker to microwave and laundry machine. Each room has a built-in AC that can be separately controlled from other rooms and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. There is a 24/7 convenient store and a coffee house (Twosome place) nearby. A perfect place for a family to stay in Jeju Island. Highly recommended!
