Avoid this place at all costs! It's a complete scam! I paid nearly $350 for a "premier room" and nothing premier about it. Zero art on the walls with a completely empty "kitchen" with two mugs. Half the room was ice cold marble. Get this!!! You cannot control the temperature in your room! You either freeze to death or bake (they claim some bogus environmental issues everywhere like conserving water because they only offer two bottles of water, etc.). However, they obviously, and simply don't want to spend money. They would rather you turn off the air conditioner set at 19 degrees to save them money at your inconvenience. The shower leaks into the entire bathroom and they do not even offer proper washcloths. You get two bath towels. That's it! How is a person supposed to use the body wash? Hands I guess. In addition, one would assume that slippers would be placed by the door upon entry, but this counterintuitive place puts them in a hidden closet in the back of the office room. They have a swimming pool upstairs with freezing water and they expect you to return to your room with nowhere to hang your wet clothes. Zero hanging space. The funniest part of all this is the lighting system!! The bedroom lights control the living room and the entry lights control the bedroom. So nice to get ready for bed and run across the room to turn off the lights. Save your money and go to the Marriot or Hyatt! At least you will receive a professional experience and good night sleep.

Got the King bed room. Lavishly furnished with an amazing view, bathroom has a rainshower and bidet toilet with warm air and warm water. Tv has netflix, no need to pay to watch anything its all included!

Hotel room comes with 1 designated parking spot in the underground garage. This hotel is located very close to AK Mall and many eateries and shops; not too busy here either and no noise! Perfect place to hangout with friends, relax and feels like a home away from home!

10/10 id book this place again when coming to korea; very close to all bus lines and only 20 to 40 minutes from Seoul in light traffic.

Price is phenomenal aswell. Love this place!
Hotel provides free unlimited bottled water as well. Staff speaks English which is a huge plus!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. It is environmentally sustainable so central heating and no aircon. Water and osulloc tea provided! Reception staff are really helpful and polite. Emart24 and dal.komm coffee at lobby. Train station and AKplaza are of walking distance away.

Spent almost a week here. This is a high class hotel with affordable prices. Rooms have good space and are well equipped. They look pretty. Business room is more à relax room, also no coffee or tea available. Not so convenient for working. Had breakfast all mornings. Quite some choices for breakfast but have got better breakfast at similar hotels in China.

Stayed in this hotel for six days on a business trip. Oh boy, what can I say about the service. It was too good. Since I'm a Hindu, I don't eat beef and pork and that's where I was a bit disappointed when it comes to breakfast. Other than that, you have Lotte mart next to the building and a joggers park if you walk about 200 metres. Moreover, the place is super clean and irrespective of the way you leave your room, you will find it cleaned and everything arranged in order by the time you come back in the evening.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
