Do NOT trust the photos. The photos do not match the actual hotel. This hotel is dark, dirty, dingy, and not maintained well. The entire experience felt like I was staying at an abandoned mall. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. You can find a better hotel than this for a similar cost.

The staff said they would provide a full refund, but they never did. After we left, we had called multiple times and they would decline they agreed to a refund and eventually stopped picking up or said they didn't understand English.

However, the room condition was not there. Room was rather dirty, Bedsheets have stains.

Asked for room make up service for 1 of the days but it didn't happened.

Service wise wasn't that great too. We have to ask for things for a few times. I booked 2 rooms and when I was checking in, they told me I got 3 and took a long time to settle it.

Location was rather good and they have a 7-11 at level 1.
Hopefully everything can be improved for the better.

Great location. Other side of the island from airport. 1 hour plus by express bus from airport. Big room washing machine in room studio apartment type.

The room smelt like cigarettes, the toilet had poor ventilation / plumbing so the entire area smelt worse than a public toilet, the bed sheets had a stench, room slippers were spoilt - requested for room change / help but nothing much was done to improve the situation. Left for another hotel despite booking for 2 nights due to how unsanitary the place was.

Bldg is old and needs renovation. We got a suite and it's very spacious. Cleaning is not thorough as we saw an eyeliner under the couch.

It has a kitchen sink, fridge (with freezer) and a washing machine in the room. Microwave is available on the front desk.

There's a 711 right beside it.

Breakfast is OK. Rice, soup, korean ban chan, yogurt, milk and cereal, bread and coffee.

Instant coffee and tea provided, but we had to ask for cups because it was not provided.

The value is ok based on the price we paid for.
