Villas is a generous name for these dull multi-storey blocks with little infrastructure besides a gold school and an overpriced bakery :(
Having 4 kids going to school at the GEC and being a foreigner, this place provides pretty much everything we need to raise a family properly. It has adequate entertainment and food choices, good property management, and most import of all, great neighbors with kids!
Place is clean and huge! Has 2 bathrooms which is lacking in most pension in Korea. Very good for big family gatherings

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious accommodation equipped with modern luxuries controlled through a smart panel. Accommodation included a huge fridge, toaster, oven, washing machine, microwave and full dining set.
