Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

It was my first stay at the SHERATON GRAND INCHEON and it was perfect! Due to a early depature my focus was
a hotel not so fare away from the airport, unfortunately Seoul Citycenter is fare away. This Hotel is only 25min drive
on a routing without much traffic. The distance by UBER to Seoul City Center is approx. 1h / 40 USD each way.

My arrival was 10:30AM and as a Titanium Member I received directly access to my room. The room it self was huge, clean and with a
fantastic view overlooking the Central Park. Absolutely outstanding was the service from Mrs Amy, at the Sheraton Club!
After a super long day, I was more than tired when I arrived the first night at the Lounge. She noticed it, was so kind and
the next morning I found a personal note under my door from her regarding my well being.

All food outlets I tried in the hotel served great food, there is also a little grocery store connected with hotel - not from the hotel.
The neighborhood is very safe, you will find lot of parks, restaurants, shops and outlet shopping mall close by.

The SHERATON GRAND ICN is my new favorite address for trip to Seoul !

Everything is great and clean and it’s a plus that Starbucks is just at the lobby. Lots of food options nearby and central park is just right across. Highly recommended and worth the room rate.

This hotel is conveniently located near Incheon Airport, with plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, and I especially loved having a water purifier right in the room—it was a huge plus.
There's a GS25 convenience store inside the hotel, which was very handy for 24-hour access.
Plus, being right next to Songdo Central Park made it perfect for a relaxing stroll.

After driving more than five hours, I arrived earlier than the official 3:00 PM check-in time and did not expect to access my room so soon. From the very first moment, Jason greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He carefully reviewed my reservation through the Marriott Bonvoy app and made the entire check-in process seamless and comfortable.

What truly stood out was how respected and valued he made me feel as a guest. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and gracious hospitality represent the very best of five-star, five-diamond service.

Because of this experience, I will gladly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return on my next trip.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms aren't as nice as the Oakwood next door, but the breakfast is outstanding and beats the Oakwood's hands down. Very nice fitness area too. The pool and spa area were closed for refurbishment, but it didn't spoil my experience. The usual excellent service from Korean hotel staff was evident here as expected, polite, courteous and professional as ever. Nice club lounge with complementary food and drinks in the evening. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.
