Excellent stay. Paul was very friendly and accomodating. We took a bus from Incheon to jeongneung airport bus stop and Paul picked us up from there. He also showed us the routes between the bus stop to the house and the highlights so it was easy to find afterwards. The house has wifi and a laundry machine and there were drying racks for us to hang our clothes. There was also a fridge, microwave and sufficient utensils. The house has 3 rooms for separate guests and I enjoyed meeting some of the other guests as well. Its a bit far from Seoul's usual attraction but I enjoyed the calm of the area. Thanks paul for hosting us and being so accomodating!
My husband and I had a great experience staying in the Puzzle stay Hotel. The hosts went above and beyond with their detail of customer care. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Seoul, especially first ime travelers, since they will help guide you on places to eat, how to travel cheaply, and some activities/sights to see during your stay.
Whilst much shorter than we originally wanted to, our stay was wonderful. The owners toke great care of us (even went with us to a local Korean BBQ place to help translate the menu) and the rooms were great and kid friendly. Breakfast was very decent. Transport to city center very close by and easy. Definitely our go-to place to stay when we return to Seoul for a prolonged stay!
This place was clean and felt so homey.
The host was really welcome, nice, and helpful! Perfect place for a stay in Korea or just a staycation.
Breakfast was homemade by the host and it was delicious. The hospitality was the best!
I stayed in winter and it's so warm inside.
Really wanna cry because of the hospitality, hope I can see you again 🥹🥹
PuzzleStay house is the best B&B/guest house I have ever stayed at. It was better than staying at a nice hotel and the best value in Seoul by far. The house is in a very convenient location so there is easy access to buses and subways (which are very easy to use and convenient in Seoul even if you don’t speak Korean) Paul, the owner keeps the place super clean! Guests are welcome to use the movie room which features a gigantic screen to watch tv or movies. The room also has a small amount of exercise equipment if you like to exercise on vacation as I do. The upper floor has a kitchen, large table, washing machine and computer to use as well as a view of his beautiful backyard. The PuzzleStay only has 3 rooms to rent so it isn’t overcrowded like other B&Bs. Each morning you are served a breakfast of homemade yogurt and homemade bread and other homemade delights. However, the best part about PuzzleStay are the owners, Paul and Ginny. They offer better service than a concierge at a 5 star hotel and are genuinely interested in making sure your stay in Seoul is a positive one. Paul reached out after I made the reservation and picked me up at the airport bus stop in his car on arrival and drove me to the subway station on my departure. He ordered me food for dinner (since I don’t speak Korean). He walked me out to the main street and helped me get a taxi to my destination. And he always was happy to explain how to get to any sightseeing locations. He did everything with a genuine smile. I highly recommend staying here and I definitely will be back in the future.
